Re: The Reputation Hilarity/Insanity thread

I've gotten more reps today than I got during entire autumn from the start of September through to the end of November. Of course, I've also given out a lot of rep today. Enough that I still can't give any more.

Re: The Reputation Hilarity/Insanity thread

Eh. Apparently someone neg-repped me because I said that SOME parts of Bible are well-written. I'd prefer if the culprit showed up and at least tried to present his/her point reasonably, instead of just repping me for giving an opinion.

You'd rather not. That would ensure an oncoming argument which would result in plenty more negreps. Because you can't logically explain something that's illogical.

Yeah you can. It was written by crazy people during crazy times. And being crazy doesn't stop people from being able to write well written stories.

Indeed.

Oh, I believe I could offer a sound explanation... And I'd love to argue. As long as my opponent was a respectable sort. As for negative rep... I couldn't care less about the rep itself, I don't like the fact that this user didn't have the guts to face me openly. Can you guess what kind of rep I had on another forum like this? It reached negative 4000 at one point, and I was goddamn proud of it.

Re: The Reputation Hilarity/Insanity thread

It's the spider <3

Yes. I've gotten 7 reps because of it since I changed back to it, 5 of which were yesterday.

cross-grave: I'd take up your offer, but I don't argue about religion.

Re: The Reputation Hilarity/Insanity thread

Whatever. I'm a little tired right now, anyway.

Re: The Reputation Hilarity/Insanity thread

A few of the green reps I gave keep appearing in this thread the past week or so...that makes me smile and giggle a little ;)

This is too soften all those incoming negreps

Clearly I haven't caused enough offense to warrant being -rep'd so...

The only people that still cling hopelessly onto religion are poor fools too blind or too deluded to see that all it causes is more problems in an already chaotic world.

Re: The Reputation Hilarity/Insanity thread

Here, make it 8.

I don't think that counts...You didn't mention spiders at all.

Re: The Reputation Hilarity/Insanity thread

And I'd like to mention that I have no furry tendencies people. Not only is this JUST an avatar to me, so it's really quite meaningless, it was based on a character with a pet dragon BEHIND him. That's a person dressed in green and a separate dragon.

Although I would like to thank you for that private message, you kinda went all out on that ;)

Personally I'm a little jealous of them. My biggest problem in life is the lack of motivation, I know exactly whats wrong with my life and how to make it better, but when it comes to actually doing something about it I'm meh. And to see how they continue to defy logic even in the face of solid facts is astonishing. The things I'd do for the power to choose anything and blindly ram forward to it and never stopping till I get it.

Eh, religion is nothing but a crutch people use to do whatever they see fit with. Sure at one point it had noble aspirations but nowadays...well I don't really need to tell you what has become of the world because of it. I'd rant some more but it'll just be a repeat of what I've said in other 'discussions' about religion. All you need to know is I hate religion with a passion though I wont stop people from persuing it unless they try jamming it down my throat.

And you don't really need religion to drive you to do something, I'm the same when it comes to motivation but with me it all boils down to not having any drive for life so I amble on by with as little effort as possible until the inevitable finally catches up with me. Though I like to think I'll get a reason at some point in my life to be excited about living once more. Boy do I miss the innocence and care free lifestyle being a child brings...

My God. I love your shoes. Marry me?

My first anon proposal! Like getting a ring and unsigned declaration note in the mail.

Exactly. That's why my brain flew through the roof when I watched TTGL. You can power up a mecha the size of the universe if you never give up. Love those types of movies\anime. But yeah, our willpower is low, do you have any potions, or food?

Now that's an interesting idea...

You've got good taste in anime. Hell, I believe the final form of Gurren Lagann is even bigger than that in the second movie. I have chocolate if that counts as the kind of food you're talking about.

Seems as though you didn't play Fable, try it, good stuff. And you should read some Warhammer 40000 lore. Most over-the-top stuff in existence and it takes it self seriously which is rare.

I've never played the first one, but I've played (but not completed) the second. I've never really been interested in 40k though a friend has the Gotrek and Felix books so I may lend them off him at some point.
