Game is pretty interesting, but I'd really love a menu partial, even just a written one. VNR hooks the game, but not the menus.
It's got multiple heroines, a bit of combat, some decent scenes so far. Definitely worth at least checking out.

Ill look around and maybe do some edits to make the UI translated least. No idea how much time it would take.

I cant get this to work, the rar files unpack into an output folder but when I double click to start the game I get an error saying that I dont have permission or that the directory does not exist.
EDIT: Fixed it, apparently Avast was blocking it.

Set PinSaro's job Lv to MAX.
■ Bad End 2 "Single Mother"
Make love hotel job Lv MAX with lunch.
■ Bad End 3 "End of love and hate"
Tell the story of the key to Tomoki and take a bath peeping event
Generate it many times and execute it.
Continue sleeping even after that.
■ Bad End 4 "Concubine"
Continue receiving punishment repeatedly without returning debts to the chairman of the town.
■ Bad End 5 "Drug addiction"
Make hospital's work Lv MAX with a cereal.
■ Bad End 6 "Another Happiness"
I answer that I will become a lover by speaking to a fat man in the Seaside Park.
After Mitsuki's mother finishes an event to be in Tokyo
I will receive a few thanks as you give me a thank you.
When Mitsuki troubles, I meet with Moe and Ayano.

I think that is the updated version's walkthrough, with the 2 bad ends for the side-heroines (Bad End 11&12).
Gotta say though, that's some very funky Google TL at places... xD
As to rondoseru, I think it only has the option to add a schoolbag onto the girls (as a choice before scenes at times, I guess)? Just that the first 3 sites didn't allow that, since that would make them appear as schoolgirls. Which they obviously are not. Right? ;P

The randoselu version is called by studio armadillo the fuill game,the walkthrough is google translated (too busy to translate it) and is from the randoselu version the update version has 6 more endings for the other 2 girls and more events but the randoselu had those since release so in the update they added more events this is why is called full game by studio armadillo

Hmm, okay, now I get it. The one I had was 1.0.0 of the standard edition, and 1.1.1 (the updated version of that) supposedly gives you the 2 bad ends for the sub-heroines (11&12).
