I was about to open a thread about this game, but after realizing that this is the same circle that the other 2 guro ACT games, I hesitated. Then you beat me to it.
Now that they've posted more screenshots, this one looks less bloody and grosteque than the 2 previous games. Maybe they want to widen their audience?

I'm guessing that the dairy has a code for the cabinet on the 2nd floor, but i don't understand what is in the book.

There isn't any character gore/guro in this game. I just beat it and watched all animations.
The only thing there is, is that of blood on the female, but no visible wounds of grotesque.
I was surprise too, was expecting some form of gore considering other two ACT games.
Over all it was okay, fairly short game though.

Thanks for the save. Her eyepatch tends to move around between her eyes depending on the scene as well. I think it was just the author not being as careful as they should in terms of consistency.

The diary tells you the code but if you couldn't read moon runes you'd take quite a while.
The code is basically "The day of Christmas Eve".

Having watched all the animations, it doesn't seem that the main character ever gets guro'd - she ENJOYS most/all of the "rapes" and is a willing participant in most of them.
There is a lot of blood in the game (main chick seems to be some half-undead and has a fair bit of blood on her, some of the enemy designs are pretty horrific, lot of blood and bodies in the backgrounds) but the actual H content is pretty tame and well animated for the most part.
Interestingly enough, many of the enemies look a lot more 'normal' / less creepy in the H-animations; the nurse for example goes from some weird mutant thing to a really cute girl with purplish skin, and the "even my cancer has cancer" guy doesn't look nearly as grotesque with MC's lips glued to his dick. It makes for a bit of mood whiplash frankly, the game itself is dark as fuck before switching to happy and sexy for the H content, but it's better than guro shit in the H-content.
The actual gameplay seems pretty terrible but the gallery alone makes it worth checking out at least IMO. Don't be scared away by the name/preview stuff... but consider just getting a save game and watching the gallery rather than suffering through the game itself.
