There are currently (2019-03-01) two versions of the game. Version A is the original version which for the most part just gets minor updates and bugfixes. Version B is a new area with new mostly new enemies. Most monster girls of version A are not included in version B.

Gameplay:
This is a platformer.
You play as a young man walks around fighting monster girls. If they touch your character they will rape you. During a rape your orgasm meter fills up. If you do not escape quickly enough you'll orgasm and take damage. A couple of the girls also have a game over rape animation where they will either endlessly rape you or take turns. You can also capture monster girls and add them to your home, which serves as a gallery. Finding out how to capture the girls is one of the game's charms.
Beating / capturing certain girls grant you new skills, such as masturbating or double jump.

up down left right: Movement
A: Jump
X: Attack
Y: 1 HP / Give Up (during sex)
Start: Menu
Skills: How to use your various skills you acquire during gameplay is explained in-game.

for the map of mummy girls you need to go to the doll room and attack all doll in thare
than the warp to go through mummy room will open it ;P
