I created the android apk for v1.19 dev version:

The game source needed some modifications to run on android. I attached the fully unlocked gamefiles to this post.
If you want to use the gamefiles on android you will need root and adb or a terminal.
If you use a terminal on your phone you can skip 1-2 and just copy the file to the directory and set permissions with 3-4:

1. adb push HLB02_Core_dev_1.19.sol "/sdcard/HLB02_Core_dev_1.19.sol"
2. adb shell
3. su
4. cp "/sdcard/HLB02_Core_dev_1.19.sol" "/data/data/air.LostLife/LostLife/Local Store/#SharedObjects/HLB02_Core_dev_1.19.sol"

The game and save file work. Although it would be great if I can disable the dev mode but I think it's not your job to do so.

I recall that you can press END on your keyboard which will disable the UI. It is also possible to disable it from the .swf file. Maby I will do it

Oh is that what that part was about? I was kinda skimming earlier so I missed making that connection. That makes sense, and fits well with the rest of the game too; the cowgirl button on the side always felt a bit immersion breaking.
