damn that SR of the boss looks totally hot shame its probably that insane kill 300 rare boss crap again. Did they really have to make it 300 god damn I think Id be lucky to kill even 50 of them or does it include other peoples rare boss kills as long as I attack it?

That's the name of the game. If you have low power, you want to tap everyone's lightning boss to get the 'kill' (so long as they actually defeat it). It also helps when you have high powered friends you can spawn the bosses for or when you wind up with the 100 or 200 lvl lighting bosses.

Keep in mind anyone going for EP ranking is looking to maximize their EP gain multiplier by either doing the most damage (x2), finishing off the boss (and still using most of their hit so as not to waste EP) (x2), or both (x3). More than likely if your friends are going for EP rewards they'd rather hit the lightning bosses over the normal ones since you automatically get a 2x base multiplier per hit on them.

Edit: Anyone gotten this boss? I thought it was a replacement for the normal boss since she basically became the lightning one, but everyone else seems to still get the old normal boss.

I've gotten that boss a few times instead of the regular boss.

I was ready to freak out about the lvl300 boss then I remembered the crazy multipliers this event.

Having an active friends list that can help with them is vital. If your FL isn't active or pretty weak, pink pots are useful.

It's up to you. Since I haven't seen them bring any cards back from Kurito, I'd say keep rolling until you get all 3 cards and then save up. If you don't care about the limited time cards then yeah, I'd buy the boss pots. My personal gold priority is Kurito > Yellow Boss Pots > Pink Gacha tickets/keys when the ladder event is up. If you have a lot of friends that constantly spawn bosses, you may not need as many pots.

Typically it's a lot harder finding people willing to help out on a normal boss once the lightning ones come out, so yellow pots help you avoid getting stuck on a boss no one wants to hit for 2 hours. People with low cardscores also used to use them on the lvl 100 lightning bosses back when it was a lot harder to kill them.

If you don't have friends on that hit very hard, the pink ones can help by halving the boss health but only if you use it before making the first attack. If you have friends with high cardscores, they usually don't like it when you halve the amount of EP they could have gotten, and it can make it harder to get the extra multipliers since there's less health to chip away at to get the 'highest damage' multiplier. It can also bring the health below the amount they can hit with one stam point and though they might easily get a 3x multiplier, they might find it too low to be worth helping when they could get a full clean hit on another friend's boss. It's kind of dependent on your friends list makeup when/if you should use the pink ones.

@Mangomon Yeah, ~3mil cardscore is pretty good without paying money. A rough guess of about 15,000 for a gold silver and pink card for about 2 events a month for about 2 years the game has been around plus all of the game campaign cards would probably be about 1.5 mil cardscore in money payments, and the top players are about 4.5mil. You just have to work a little harder in events and don't get as much satisfaction completely obliterating bosses.

Marcus goes by Strength in game; they're roughly at the back end of my list.

Can anybody translate what's todays event, please?

So the 'lucky bag' is a paid thing. 5000 points for basically a grab bag of some older 'out of print' (limited) SRs and some other cards. I vaguely remember them doing it from last year. It pulls 10 cards, 1 of which is a guaranteed limited. The rest can be SR R or very rarely an N. Any cards maxed out get the wildcard of that rarity as usual unless you haven't unlocked the +'s. It might be nice if you're missing a lot of them, but its a big gamble if you're just missing a few. You can open the window by clicking the second banner on the top left of the home page and then view all the available cards by clicking the pink button in the bottom right.

They also released 2 New Years Limited R cards in the R gacha (the new one can be won in the lucky bag). As usual, the new one will be a multiplier card for an upcoming event and the old one is a second chance at the one from last year.

The first big welcome window with the popular girls in kimonos is just a Happy New Years greeting, nothing really special.

It's not quite the new year here yet, but Happy New Year everyone! 2015 here we come!

I should probably give up on this event its been almost 3 days now and I'm only at 51 kills as of now at that rate I will definitely fail to make 300 kills so yeah I think this may be the breaking point for me. Nothing else I can do about not having enough active people in my friend list spawning the bosses I already posted on the japanese official board and I think that SP boss appearing makes it even harder to find the rare bosses which is stupid.

The PeroKoro event will be held until Jan. 13 @ 16:00. Ranking will last until Jan 12 @ 24:00, and the gacha for it will be available until Jan 15 maintenance.

A new set of cards has been added to Kuritos nest, and another set has been added to the N, R, and Definite SR gachas.

Oddly enough they opened the 8th ladder event until Jan 9th @ 18:00. I thought they nixed this practice after the first time they did it because people could get free stam points to use on the coliseum event. Guess not

An item trade as Mangomon said. She can be reached as such:

From the main menu, click on the blue star icon to access your items (where you usually use wc's to lvl up cards). Then click on the third tab to open her panel. It costs 1k pero (gold) to do a swap, with a wide range of outcomes that are somewhat dependent on what you put into it.

Every month or so there's a new set of N, R, and SR cards available only through swapping with her. None of these have showed up anywhere else, so they're definitely limited cards much like the event cards.
