You need to finish the game first to get and item that will make the door open.
1st building when entering the west area of the town.

I'm stuck in parallel fanstasy ver2.1A (english translated version, first of the name, not IF nor Zero). It's not the right thread but I could not find a thread for it...

Anyway,

I'm stuck after meeting my brother (after the holy knight thing), everybody speaks about a castle in the north, but a soldier is blocking the way.
I did cosplay and slave events, I tried without doing them, same outcome.
I have a hint about getting information in the city, there is indeed 2 people speaking about the said castle in the inn, but nothing else.

Any advice would be appreciated (again sorry if this is not the right thread).

EDIT: Sound like I solved it, I spoke again with the people in the inn... Maybe it was about speaking to them at the right time...

I created a more or less full machine translation for version 2.2d:

Just replace the data folder with the one provided and it should be in ... well some kind of English.
I recommend to backup the original data folder just in case.
Should anyone find situations in which the patch breaks the game contact me and I will try to fix it.
Because there is a chance that the game might crash at some point it is also recommended to save often.
This does not mean that the game will crash but just that sometimes due to the way I create the translations it is possible for the game when some events are triggered.

Thanks for the translation, one little question though, did you merged it with the earlier partial one (from Rrezz)? Would it be a good thing to do it? (ourselves perhaps?).

To give a little feedback about it, I'm just at the beginning and I have no issues with it (so far). Wording is sure a little bit strange, but the text is not in another tool which is nice.

I'm used to Chiitrans with Babylon and "Sys Trans" dictionaries are Atlas and AGHT better for this game? (or other on-line dictionaries from Chiitrans?).

The patch broke my saves. I had to delete my old saves for it to start.

Could be hard to switch back and forth between patched and not patched version in case of a breaking change...
Another question: when you level up (at least finish first dungeon floor) You get a choice among 4 different attributes to up, what is the first one? Called "Satisfaction" with the bulk translation patch

Its not the patch that broke your save, its because 2.2c/older version save doesnt work on 2.2d

Strange normally this should not happen, normally it should be possible to switch between translated and untranslated versions.

No I did not merge it with any earlier partial ones, but it should be possible for you to merge the partial one and this one.
The last time I did that it worked, I did not do it for this translation because there is always the chance of it breaking the game,
so keep that in mind when you try to merge the two translations.

If you are interested I can also upload the RPGMaker Trans patch so you can edit parts yourself.
