DL managers are your friend. I personally use JDownloader. Google Chrome has the best results when DL'ing from Mega, it seems, so consider using that as your browser if you aren't. Other than that, I'm afraid I cannot help you, sorry.

This is the most current version with all extra content added already. I do not have the English interface patch, nor do I plan to obtain it because there's no real need since all it does (as far as I know) is name the positions.

first, thanks to shin for posting up a mega download link of this game; i had it years ago, but after a hd wipe, i had lost it. it's like finally meeting up with a long lost friend

back to what guts was saying though, i'm guessing that he tried to run the game directly after unpacking it. if you haven't already, go download Microsoft Mutlimedia Tools from the link from hongfire Pale had posted up. the site's kinda urghy with some sort of auto-redirecting ad or something, so i put it up on mediafire just in case you couldn't get it off from there.

after installing it i have had no problems running the game.

i have win7 64bit. if it asks you to create the installation destination during the install, go ahead and say yes.

I'm guessing it could be a Medai Codec problem. Try to install this first "http://www.filehippo.com/jp/download_klite_codec_pack/7427/" before running the game.
