It should probably be someone who is consenting and will be able to swallow the whole of it , otherwise it could get quite messy. However, sometimes messy is simply more fun.

I just hope they don't choke up on the amount. I heard it can be hard for someone to take the whole thing all at once, it may take multiple attempts.

True, but when you do find someone who can wrap their hands around it and take it all in one go. It can be something quite pleasing.

That person would have to be a professional at handling such a giant then, after all, they would need to have the capacity and the determination to just shove it in.
