Being a sex offender in jail means you will most likely become the victim of a sex offence. Repeatedly.

And I've heard in some less secure prisons sometimes a sex offender 'falls' out of a window high up.

Hell, just look at how Jeffrey Dahmer got it in prison. Tis a far worse punishment than we could come up with. Unless we go back to drawing/quartering people that is.

I findn it funny that they send sex offenders to prison, which is technically the perfect punishment, yet could be illigal under classifycation of torture ^^

Well, when you can't kill them either, what are you going to do? They're guilty and you let them walk, somebody's gonna kill them. Locked Psych Ward ain't that different from prison, only that they'll be together with the REALLY crazy ones.

That, and in a psyche ward they'd be in paradise. Everyone there is crazy, so either they wouldn't say anything about getting raped or nobody would listen. They could do practically whatever they want to almost whoever they want, they get free room-and-board, and they get to go outside and do stuff every once in a while.

Re: In today's news...

Well now, I didn't say in relation to anything. I'm really not in any position to know what has and hasn't been ok'ed by them in the past.

Like if Captain Rainbow had been banned by them or something.
(still want to play that game)

Re: In today's news...

But DIDN'T they let Left 4 Dead 1 in? Or the Resident Evil series? Or, as Nunu put it, Dead Space? or may I dare say, Grand Theft Auto where you shoot LIVE people?

Re: In today's news...

GTA is a bad example, they've been banned (and subsequently unbanned after removal of offensive content) for sexualized violence because you could hire a stripper and then kill them.

and the hot coffee mod...
