I'm rather inexperienced with console-exclusive titles, but I feel like the PS has more of that. Probably because the few exclusive titles I want are on PS4 ("Bloodborne", I want you D: ).

It's not worth it to get a console now, no matter what "exclusives" it claims to have. You can build a lower-end gaming PC for the same cost as the console hardware that's twice as powerful, and as for games? For the price of one single console game, you can get on Steam or GoG and get 4-5 games, with modding support. From a financial standpoint, there's just no excuse for purchasing a console anymore.

To answer your question correctly, for what they expossed in the E3 PS4 will have a bad year and that new Xbox will have more games than PS4. Yes, the PS4 will have new exclusives, but they will come out maybe until summer 2018 if you are lucky.

They said the Xbox One X is about the equivalent of $1000 PC... well maybe if you bought a prebuild PC like something from Alienware but according to this site comparing it's hardware to PC parts, you can build a PC equivalent or stronger for around half that price up to atleast $750

If you must get a console, get something from Nintendo. It's actually stuff that works well with their controllers, and is worth playing on a console rather than just getting the PC port and it being better

Nintendo and PS4, for better exclusives. Breath of wild still biggest game this gen, imo
One thing do like about consoles, you can use them for years and they won't suddenly malfunction, followed by more and more mounting issues. Better graphics and power for PC though, as said before.
