Did ul.to change their affiliate program?

As the title says. They (ul.to) dont have a news page so its kinda hard to just google that shit, anyways, some of my favourite uploaders recently all stopped uploading there, so i assume they lowered their profit sharing model or something. The only thing i stumbled upon were a few deleted acocunts, but as far as i know, that happens all the time.

Anyone got any more infos?
