Let's start with the warning :
1) the girl can be considered as loli (there no loli tag, but just look at her and you can understand it fall under the "if it look like loli, then it's loli" rule)
2) the game is still in development by the dev - the game is fully playable, it's just the dev keep adding feature and content
3) the girl is heavily covered in scar, but the game DO NOT contain guro. So if you can't stomach the scar, forget the game

Now, for the game itself.
The game is a kind of SLG, except that this time, you're not training the girl to be a (sex) slave. Just the opposite - you're training her to be human...

Story :

You're a doctor in a country town and one day someone ring at your door. It's a shady man you helped some time ago, dragging a small girl with him.
To thank you for your help, he's handing you the girl - telling you that's she has lived as a slave, and now she's your - up to you to do what you want with her... and leaving saying he's certain you'll take good care of her (since she's in bad health having been roughed up by her previous owners).

And that's the story, the rest is plain SLG - although not the kind with training planning.

You'll have plenty of choice (feed her like a slave or like you for example). And they impact on her health or affection.
Depending on your choice you may end up again dead end (ie game over).
There's a lot of way to interact with her - discussion, petting her, taking her outside of the house (shopping, eating, getting clothes, just talking a walk...)...

If you don't take one of the bad (or dark) path, eventually, the girl will want to return the affection, offering to help you (house chore, doing the nurse during your work), and offering herself to you sexually.
How you react to each of her demand will also impact on how she like you, how much she crave sex...

As mentioned before, the game is still having added content, but from memory the dev stated that the LAST content he will add will be a wedding ending.

Note that there is a fan translation patch & thread on the forum ( https://ulmf.org/threads/tono-teaching-feeling.8035/ ).
But since the dev seem to have pulled of a deal for an official translation, the fan made is on stall (note that the official translation don't seem to be giving any real news of it's progress or any kind of news at all).

It has 2 folders because the one that says "Mac" is the one to run the game on a mac computer, and if your screen is too big then just change your screen resolution to make it fit.

you play this game 3-4 or few minute and game just freezing
pop up said "TeachingFeeling stop working" and game just shut itself

Haven't used it myself, but either the game was poorly constructed or TyranoBuilder is a resource hog and really needs to be optimized.

Tried some freeware to force resize the window but I couldn't get it to work. Can only read the first line of text without fullscreen :/

Loving this game quite a bit, the artist really gets some great expressions going on for Silvie (Silvy?). I'm not quite done yet because I'm taking it slow, but I've gotten some H-scenes and kept plenty of saves. This post will be long but I hope it helps eliminate some dead ends or bad choices made. Not entirely accurate as this game is kinda strange, if you didn't already know.

There is a counter in the bottom right where you can monitor Silvie's relationship with you and what are pretty much affection points. The top two options converse with her (left) and as you probably noticed, pet her head. If you choose not to lay your hands on her (like I did when I started), you'll be talking to her about her previous master and/or rubbing her head for days on end. Choices occur at random, or certain days that I have not tracked, but you CAN get shoehorned into a dead end if you do not accrue enough points with her or picking wrong choices while not directly treating her badly.

But first, you'll come to your first scene, where you can alternatively choose to feed her home-cooked food, or bare bread and water. The latter option is implied to be what she's used to from her previous master (not something you would want to tell a girl if you want to help her escape that life).

If you refuse to grope her the first time, the option to do so will eventually disappear and you'll accrue more points with her. Spend the days talking to her, enjoying her expressions, and patting her head for hours. There'll be another scene where she gets sick; this time the first option is to take care of her directly and nurse her back to health, or simply tell her to rest. Your choice. She gets better the day after whether or not you helped her, but you leave a lasting impact on her.

More points and some days later and you'll be able to go outside, bringing her along. For future reference, the top option is the clothes store, and it unlocks more outfits/accessories in different colors as you progress. The first time you go, you'll get some already adorable clothes, and the choice lies between "It's very becoming/good on you" and "You definitely couldn't have bought it yourself". The second option is only available if you go out approximately 3-4 talks/head pats from the start of the day, where you can go out for dinner (also with various unlocking food choices) and treat her to something nice.

From here on out you'll be left here to talk with her and pet her head, gradually building your affections with her and teaching her what it means to laugh and love and such (hence the game's title). AFAIK there'll be one more choice where you can jokingly tell her that love is "petting/rubbing your head" and she'll laugh and admit that you DO do that a lot. This will happen before you are checked for your first dead end. If you've managed to avoid the dead end, a lot opens up from here on out! You can choose to go on forest outings with her instead of the city, or you can go to the city market and have a good time.

A source of conflict for her is how she knows she does very little for you, while you shower her with affection, good food, nice clothes, and the like. Throughout the game, it's what she talks about and contrasts it with her previous master. Eventually she'll come to the conclusion that the least she can do (because she's come to love you too) is sleep with you. This is your first bed scene, and after this your relationship counter also tracks her sexual progress. Starting from the time you could go out to dinner, you could also go to bed with her. It's unclear to me whether or not this is a good thing, as you have the choice to turn her initial advance on you.

From here on out I hope most people will have gotten the hang of things. I'm not very good at translating but I can do a bit and this game is a stretch even for me; it's good exercise though. This game is so good, and I've only played a bit of it. It's simple text that I can practice my moonrunes on. Just wrote this wall to help people who might get dead-ended, or are only in here for the H.
