Nah, her nipple is further down, hidden by the cloth. You can tell by the faint bulge.

Well that game got pregnant tag too but afaik it was so difficult to make her pregnant.
I hope this game from URURUC has better mechanism especially on pregnancy since they bringing up this tag. XD

They actually have different tag.

The other one uses: 妊娠/孕ませ which is impregnation (action)

This one: ぼて腹/妊婦 which is bloated belly/ pregnant (state)

In fact, she's pregnant from the go.

From the demo it seems she's already pregnant and having sex too much makes her give birth (?), Which results in a game over.

I'm downloading it now and will report back.

Edit: It doesn't seem much different from the demo. Sexual stuff only happens when you are defeated. If you are defeated too many times, she gives birth and its game over. Quite boring and disappointing really.
