Re: Fairy Fighting

It doesn't need to be a good signature either, like Phoenix's.

(Although mine isn't good either, I'm married to a no good husband who treats me like I'm not there. :()

Re: Fairy Fighting

Yeah, but large ones actually get in the way of things. Besides, I don't care enough about my signature to actually make it more than a utility.

Is this about MGI? I'm sorry babe. Things are hitting me pretty hard at work... then you hit me pretty hard when I get home.

My signature has been little more than social experiments over the years.

And whats with the anime talk in a fun fairy fuck game?

@ Anon17564;
It happens instantaneously. You sure you're pressing Down+D+A?
D:

@ goku.jean;
Ahh. I see. My bad. xD
I like anime, but, never been to a convention myself.
Don't like crowded places. :<

@ Pheonix Alugere;
Isn't there some kind of rule against big pictures in your sig?
o_O

@ ToxicShock;
Because talking off-topic is awesome.
This is my social experiment from a year ago.
Pretty horrible, ehh?

@ Games Dude;
LOL. I KNEW HEAVY WAS GOING TO SAY INUYASHA.
CAUSE HE NAMED HIS MINIGUN SASHA.

Huh. That's strange.
Must've been my imagination then.

Certain. For me, that'd be S+U+J - I'm using WASD for movement, U-I for punches, J-K for kicks.

Re: Fairy Fighting

I can't get the regeneration to work - I press crouch+weak punch+weak kick but she just ends up crouching and either kicking or punching once, depending on which button I hit first. Hold down all three for as long as I like and no regen :|

At a loose guess, your keyboard can't handle having all those keys pressed at once, and is dropping one. Try remapping one of them, probably the light kick (currently J), to a Shift key and see whether it works.

Re: Fairy Fighting

I'll hide my previous solution since DeMatt came up with a better one.
Lol. Sounds like my old Windom Bootfighter controls.
Dunno what to say, man.
Uhh. Okay. Try this.
Hold down S, and THEN press and hold U+J.
If that doesn't work. Then, I'm sorry.
:<

Good news everyone!

This new version is epic.
The Naga battle was FUN, she even has her own stage.
I won't spoil it, but, damn.
That was fun, compared to fighting Eggplant and Meatvaginaman.
I played on regen health/SP, so, I dunno if there's a 'gameover' special for that battle.

I find it impossible to perform any combos at all.

Re: Fairy Fighting

I don't understand why the new version is epic. Naga just slaps you around. Doesn't seem like she has ANY rape moves yet. Am I missing something?

Re: Fairy Fighting

It's not impossible, just fucking difficult because there are moves that require diagonal motion + quick motion, which is difficult on a keyboard. At the very least I can get the ground wave special to work, which is all you really need if you have on even just SP recovery.

I don't know about epic, but at least now the Naga can do SOMETHING. Before she just ran up to you and said 'Oh please punch me, I'm so masochistic, I love it!'.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Yeah, but sorta the point of H games is... well the H. For me, the naga level isn't much of an improvement over the old one since there's no added H content. The fact that she can fight back is merely slightly interesting, but not really worth downloading the new version. But since HJ named the new version as 'epic' I figured there was something I missed, like maybe you have to have some worms on you before she can rape or something.

Re: Fairy Fighting

Well... I called it epic cause I went from version 1.02.6/8 to 1.02.11.
So, ALOT of things were new to me. Like the blue thing for the worms.
And, when I fought the Naga. The punching bag .gif went in my mind, cause I punched it once, and missed with the second blow, and then the Naga was like, "Combo-into-a-falcon-abortion", and it was hysterical and made my day.
Sorry for making you guys think there was something else.
:<

But, at least it's doing something now, riiight?
;;

Also. She was more fun to fight.
Seeing as she didn't spam H-moves OVER.
AND OVER.
AND OVER.
AND OVER x 30s.
AGAIN.

You realize that's not a version number, that's a date?

10/02/11 - the date of the release, from largest time interval (year) to smallest (day) so the computer sorts them properly just by sorting by file name.

Re: Fairy Fighting

I don't see an actual 'version' difference in the game.
All of them are so far, version 1.02.00.
I just name 'em that way cause it's more easier to tell them apart.
Rather than, "The fairyfighting.exe released on the 11th of February.".

I dunno about you, but 1.02 doesn't equal 1.02 with bug fixes.

If you click, Help > About.
It shows you the version release.
But, ALL of them have that version number.
Or if you right-click, properties, details.

Sorry if this sounds mean, Had a rough day.
Not trying to flame you, just sayin'.
I checked before I made such accusations.

...you and me are looking at different version numbers.

The one tacked on to the file name, e.g. "FairyFighting100209.zip", is a date. It's determined by the author.

The one visible in the About screen is the version of the GAME ENGINE. It's determined by Enterbrain. If I open up another recent game using the same engine, like Fairy War or Princess of the Ring, it also says version 1.02.00 - even though Toffi (the author of those two) updated the former to v1.6 and the latter hasn't been updated past 1.0 yet.

So when I say "he uses the date for a version number", I mean the one in the file name. It's just coincidence that the author's version number and the engine's version number happen to be so similar.
