if losing a party member, i tried is watched another hscene in game (not in title), save then relog, see hero transfer to other place and lost all party member... so 1st line is dont watch hscene in game, better watch in title only, because possible has bug

Not ideal but you can open the game with Rpg Maker and see the events, and sort of reverse engineer the game/events.
Another is trying to find a japanese guide and google translate it. Start here:
if HP and MP not over enemy cant get card, but not all battle need or can copy
if logout (ログアウト) for rest, choice 2nd or 3rd then 1st for login
