RPG RPG Maker [ ティー・エンタ・ぴー / T-ENTA-P] ゴーストタウン・ガンスイーパー / Ghost Town GunSweeper (RE096515, RJ096515)

So I just found this game and I am enjoying it. As much as I'd love to throw money at the creators and Red Dahlia for translating it I can't, (right now at least). I am however stuck. By tombstone at the store, I'm guessing the store where I killed the boss ghost to get the shotgun? I have the rope, but can't see a tombstone anywhere. I see one west of the middle island where I got the rope but no clue how to get there as it appears all routes are blocked.

Thanks in advance for any help, I know this thread is a bit old but it's really helped me so far.

Edit: I got the north ring west of the middle island, yay! Still running around trying to find how to use the rope....

where i must go after this, already try 7 step to south, 2 step to north,..., until 10 step to south, but can find anything
