If anyone wants it here is my save file. It's not complete, mostly 'cause I have no clue where to find some of the events. Got most of them though.
Also the Might route events don't seem to want to register in my gallery for some reason.
The save is after the 'true' ending, which basically means you get a bugged free mode when you use the mirror. You can also use the teleporter pad to go to the 'new game+' or whatever you want to call it.
Stats are maxed out, thanks to the items from the demo that I'd kept.
The H stats are also high so I'm guessing you can get the missing scenes if you know how to.
Edit: Forget to mention that since the routes have been cleared you can choose whatever route you want on the new game+, the characters will be in town with the heart over their head so you can trigger their events without having to grind them.

Here's a save with all Might's CG's, to get the final cg you need to go find the boss in the edit: Mountain north of town.
Save is inside the cg room hallway. This file has most cgs. Except the water town cgs since I haven't figured out how to get them yet. Missing one cg in the casino row, and then 3 cgs at the end of the solo hero row.
Also, still missing 3 titles.
If you complete the route and start over, you will lose the Might cgs

To open the doors in the slums, at least kill the Cerberus in the forest. This should enable you to open the door directly south, which is a party member for 500g. To the right there is a bar/shop, that you can buy high price stat changing items from.
To get to the area the guy is blocking, lose multiple times to the thugs, eventually you'll become a slave and will be moved to the other side. You can leave this area by talking to the man in the cell area, going to the 3 twinkling areas, then you can use the hole in the wall to the south.
Have not figured out how to get back in once you have escaped, or get to the northern area of the eastern slums of the first town.

In the tower, after lvl 35 in the boss room with the swords, what do you do with the swords because I can't go into the portal on lvl 40.

The swords disappear as you meet certain conditions I believe, I'm currently down to the last two, no idea what the conditions are to remove them though, so your best bet is to just keep replaying.

1: start dont go bar, go NE npc get event
2: new event about GoR in slum area
3: solo story, go north house open box few times then talk to north soldier
4: solo story, night slum park
5: solo story, GoR in

Coincidentally, I had finally given up on finding events on water town, and was finally working on solo town again and it turns out I had all the prereqs for the last set of scenes done too. So, here's the save file with all cgs except Might's. If you want Might's cg's you can download the old save I posted.
Summary:
All CGs except Might path since it doesn't save.
Missing 1 GoR CG that didn't save also.
For last Casino scene, go to Casino during day time and get the GoR.
As for the reindeer, he disappears after a while when you talk to Santa, whatever he did wasn't noticeable.
Edit: Also, finishing all the cg events available doesn't do anything for the last two swords either.

But been to busy playing all the new 'doujinshi' games that came out...
What bugs where fixed if I may ask, before redownloading it... cause not played much yet, not encountered any bugs so far from what I could tell..

Uploaded full cg save, char is sitting in front of the npc of the one cg that is bugged still. Everything else in gallery is unlocked assuming you're using version 1.1.
All cg bugs other than the game over dancer cg were fixed, so if you completed them before, you now have the cg without having to redo it.What bugs where fixed if I may ask, before redownloading it... cause not played much yet, not encountered any bugs so far from what I could tell..
