I've been watching this thread for a while. I rarely post, but this seems like something I should throw my hat into as well.
The creator of this game stated that he does not like the idea of egg/birth. However stating that after making a game centered entirely around guro sounds ridiculous. Keep in mind this is about their -personal- tastes. They also did state that they could put it into the game if enough people want it, which shows that they are willing to be flexible on the matter. The people crying "Don't criticize!" and "It's -their- game!" need to sit down and chill. You're exhibiting rabid "fanboyism" which is never good for a game or it's creator. Yes, it's their game and ultimately what they do with it is up to them. However that does not mean that we can not voice our concerns and complaints.
I would like to see the egg/birth features put into the game. I would also like if the creator of the game put up some sort of poll so that they can gauge whether or not people want it. If it seems fairly split, maybe make a feature that toggles the egg/birth content on and off. I'm simply stating that there are options and that if flexibility on the issue is present then lets take a vote and see what the people who will ultimately be playing the game want to see.

As far as I can see, it was the "the author should listen to us" party that got a little too far.
Some were not only voicing "concerns and complaints" but accused the author of "hypocrisy" on the basis of the argument "he did an heavy guro oriented game before".
So what? Are you saying that because someone likes guro, automatically has to stomach any fetish? A lover of splatter movies in your opinion would be automatically a fan of SM or Scat HardCore Movies?
Man, that's pretty far-fetched, you know?
So, in my opinion, pretty much everyone should "sit down and chill" because, you know, there is only ONE person that's working on it while we dawdle on the keyboard.
And since he does not even get paid, we should hope that he does not get pissed off.
