EDIT: I just edited the game itself and saw that I missed quite a bit. The scene gallery should be right next to the CG one, but it's not unlocked for me for some reason. Gonna try run through the game or something to see how I can unlock it.
EDIT2: Beating the game changed nothing. Further inspecting the scene gallery event makes me believe this was a mistake, perhaps? No one here addressed this before so I have no idea. Maybe my version is outdated or something. I fixed it, though, and will upload the data folder if anyone wants it. Only problem is I used the English version of vx, so the game might not run properly (it'll ask for the rgss202e.dll file, just rename the rgss202j.dll file to make it work).
EDIT3: Knew I should have actually tested the gallery. It's completely broken, none of the scenes actually play. My guess is the dev just didn't want to bother with it, so he locked the scene gallery from being accessed, at least in the version I have and is going around on the internet. So unless someone wants to waddle through the japanese scripts to make the gallery work, seems the CG gallery is all we're left with.
I have this, you can view the CG gallery at the desk in the mc's room. This unlocks all the CG, but I have no idea how or if you can view the scenes.

Walkthrough
Defeat the first enemy in the game in costume.
Then head over to the church after meeting the nun, you'll find the nun weilding a giant mace fighting a demon? Anyway she turn you into a masked super herione. In costume, go to the convenient store, you'll find it is being robbed.
Win or lose the game goes on. There are now NPC everywhere time to explore. If you want to start the next mission go talk to the Nun.
The nun will order you to clear out the ninja's hidding in town, kill them or let them beat you. Then go back and talk to the nun again.
You'll go to sleep, when you wake up you have the option to talk to the photographer in the park you'll get an H scene.
Go to the next area with the convenient store. Talk the kid in the path that you saved for 1000 gold.
If you change back to normal, you can enter Riona school, but there is nothing to do there.
You can now proceed south of this area. There are several shops, Cheat engine works, so if you use the formula, 2 * current gold + 1 you can buy everything from the shops.
The bottom east area will let you exit back to the residental neighborhood with the church.
Change back to super herione form, if you were normal before, and talk to the nun at the church again.
If you wish you can head to the middle south house in the church area to talk to the photographer again. He will take more H picture and you'll get on the bed and let him fuck you.
Otherwise, take the path north of the Church to an area fill with homeless men.
Talk with them all, if your the herione, they'll leave peacefully, if your normal
they'll trade sex to leave.
Afterwards, you'll be back in the church talking to the nun again. Regardless, you go to sleep and wake up again next morning.
Go to the Church and talk to the Nun again, you'll witness an attack in the street. Talk to the middle police officer they'll let you through.
There is a boss fight. If you lose you'll be publically exposed. So to proceed
you need to win or it's is game over.
After you win, you wake up and need to go back to the church again for your
next assignment. If you let the photographer take picture of you, they'll
appear in the first e-mail slot online on your computer.
If you want, go back to the photographer again and let him take more pictures
of you. You can also get on the bed to be gang banged.
Now change into your civilian clothes and head back to South shopping area.
Enter the arcade and talk to the bald man, go to your school, go the left
classroom where your classmates are. Then chat with the student in the middle row, on the left facing the wall.
Thing change again, there are now student outside the school and there is a
magic portal to the left outside the school in the water that lets you
heal and change into your herione costume.
Change into the herione, and then go meet the bullies at the rooftop at school.
Win or lose proceed back to arcade, you can also fight the bully outside the
school. There is another H scene if you lose, but you'll be naked except for
your mask. If the police arrest you, it is game over.
Talk to some civilian if you are nude for some hilarious scenes, talk to the
bald guy in your civilian clothes of course and he will finally let you down
stairs into the area. Talk to the man in the suit and change your clothes to
your herione uniform.
This is another must win boss fight, if you are curious about losing make
sure you save your game.
Again you wake up and need to go to the church for the nun to give you
a new mission, route by now, proceed to the convenient store area where
the police station is at, you'll see a cop station on a sewer drain.
If you wish you can go north change into a student and in the school there
is a student that will lift up your skirt.
Ok, so go into the sewer and kill all the squid monsters and the boss.
Once you exit you need to go back to computer and read e-mail. There
are several dares you need to complete.
1st, go into the mens bathroom and read the note. If you are a herione
the guy will leave you alone, if you are just normal you have an H scene
optional, go to the police station area as a herione and talk to the boy,
he'll demand H scene, repeat 3 times.
2th go to shopping district and talk to the thug on the right side of
that area near the common area. If your a herione, he won't bother you
if you are normal h scene.
3rd finally proceed south and further west into a new area. There should
be a police stand off and a little girl is held hostage. As the herione
you can strip to make the man let the girl go or fight him.
Either way go talk to the nun again to trigger a new quest.
Remember the shopping district thug go back to him as the herione and
talk to him again, you can either h scene or scare him off.
(I guess my h level was too low as I only scared him)
Anyways, now you want to go back to south and further west area,
the factory that is partly on fire? Anyhow there is now a shiny new
teleport icon. Use it.
Proceed through the facility and defeat the boss. Pretty straight foward
compared to the last mess.
See the nun again when you wake up and then fight the boss in the play
ground, don't bother losing because the game is glitched. There is
no H scene you can get, will freeze the game.
Then go to the shoppping district. Go into the arcade again,
talk to the thug outside. Boss fight, kill it or lose for an h scene and game over.
Proceed up, see the tree monster over the giant building the center of
shopping district, kill it or lose for an h scene and game over.
Go to the police station area, convenient store has kids watching it,
there is a condom ghost moster inside kill it or lose for an h scene
and game over.
Go to your school as the herione, enter it and go to the right room ,
it's an assembly hall full of monsters.
Lose the first battle, you can't win. Then when you get a 2nd chance,
Defeat the final boss.

You seriously necro'd for that? It's an RPGMaker game, just use cheat engine to do it yourself. Formula for rpgmaker is (Value)*2+1.
