There are some DMM ones, but I haven't seen any that incorporate the hentai into the actual gameplay like battle fuck games. So far it's just been like mmorpg with sex cgs on the side.

I know there are some random ones out there, but I haven't heard of any really popular ones. People usually play like Second Life or something if they're interested in cybering/sexing with real people. It's a bit disappointing that there hasn't been some big battle fuck sprite H mmorpg really.

Once there was something similar to 2nd life, but I don't think it's still up..
I'd suggest you to bet on a virtual sex-simulator or to download Scoreville (google it), that is simdate with pornstars
Otherwise you should try Scarlet Blade. No sex scenes, but full of hentai chicks and bouncing ass/boobs XD
