The Lost Hunter:
An elven hunter was lost in the forest recently. Retrieving her - or any information on her whereabouts - would be greatly appreciated.
Rewards:
+4 to sliding scale.
If the Hunter is found & rescued: +6 to Sliding Scale; Reinforced Short Bow -OR- Reinforced Long Bow; Stone Arrow Quiver (80 stone arrows).

Goblin Problems:
The Goblin Clan 'Trapper Dappers' has been causing trouble for our farmers recently. Their Den is to the Southeast; take care of our problem, and we'll take care of you.
Rewards:
+4 to sliding scale, +20 food.
If the Den is wiped out: -2 to Sliding Scale [Village]; -6 to Sliding Scale [Personal]

A Run In with Beasts:
(Group of two-three recommended... Unless you don't mind slutting it up.)
Beastmen usually roam much further to the North, but we've recently lost a few villagers to a single one that seems to have taken residence just a few kilometers South of our village. Removing him would be wonderful.
Rewards:
+8 to sliding scale, +6 Animal Hides, +2 Rope.
If the Beastman is (somehow) reasoned with: +12 to Sliding Scale.

Revenge!
Two villagers were recently killed by a rather bold Krute Hound. While he's not an alpha, the creature is well on his way to becoming one; destroy it to receive a reward.
Reward: +4 to sliding scale.
Follow the Trail
There's been a recent problem with villagers leaving in the middle of the night, without warning. We haven't found any signs of a struggle, but we have found their tracks leading off to the West. With resources stretched so thin, we'd appreciate some help.
Reward: +2 to Sliding Scale.
Gnoll Problem
Gnolls and Kobolds are always a threat, but with the Kobolds dealing with their little Goblin feud, the gnolls have been getting far more bold, stealing food and water from our village. Head South and kill their leader to teach them a lesson.
Reward: +3 to sliding scale, leather armor set.
Bonus: For eliminating all gnolls, a copper-tier weapon will be available; Additional +4 to sliding scale. Gnolls will be actively hostile.
