"Ireena, my love." Tristam whispers, locking eyes with this beautiful woman. Feeling an orgasm approaching, he slows down and moves his hips in slow, long strokes while his fingers gently curl around Ireena's breast, his thumb massaging her nipple in gentle, circular motions.

Re: Through the Mists: In Character

Esvele was not entirely sure what happened, other than that her plan of stabbing zombies in their unbleeding throats had been questionably effective. Right now, though, she was most certain that Strahd's undead footman had shoved her backwards and toppled onto her. She'd shoved its head backwards, hand under its jaw to hold its snapping jaws at bay, and twisted her blade in its throat, until the dead man had burst into fire and had its head come off - not necessarily in that order. She wasn't sure if it had gotten her, or even if her spell had gone off...

At any rate, the nun saw the busty woman standing over her with her arm out. Esvele reached up to take it, smearing grave dirt and soot into her habit as she tried to brush it off.

Pressing her knuckle into her chin as she ignored Rovana's jab, Esvele thought. "That's four of about six, then?" she asked Ismark. "Windows, windows... does Ireena have a window in her room?" she asked, thinking aloud more than asking anyone.

"I'll come up with a clever retort later, Miss Captain," she said, smiling at her. "Please do stay inside, unless you have a way to steal a coach driven by magically-enslaved devil-steeds fast enough to escape powerful, tireless, flying undead, while blinded by Strahd's mist and sore from your scorching - without collecting your due payment for the defense or escort we're to do on the morrow." With that, she started up the stairs, sheathing her sword and snatching up her crossbow as she trotted up the steps, heading for Ireena's room.

"Actually, his cock is decently sized for a ex-human," Jasmina comments in an off-handed manner, responding to Rovana's commentary. "He also likes anal, so he is literally a pain in the ass."

Ismark frowns deeply at this.

"Mistress, really? Is it necessary to mention such things? There are still more of his wretched servants outside. I hear one of them coming around the house. Perhaps we can discuss your knowledge of the devil's bed habits another time."

"Hey, just be glad that YOU haven't been a 'guest' in his dungeons. He's not picky about gender. One of those brides of his used to be a man. And another one of his consorts still is a man, of sorts. With Strahd, it's all about control. The more you struggle, the more he wants to make you squirm."

The tiefling cast her false life spell upon herself, effectively bolstering her body with her inner light. It wasn't true health, but it would shield her slightly should she befall another zombie's clawing fury.

As Esvele got to her feet and ran up the stairs to the upper floor balcony, Rovana closed her eyes and focused on her link to her familiar. Both women's avian companions were circling above the roof of the mansion looking down on four figures who had gathered to the edge of the roof on the building's eastern face.

Three brides, one in a red dress with pale skin and dark hair, another a tall, ebony skinned woman in a stained white bridal gown, and the last, a short woman wearing a porcelain skull mask and a dirtied golden dress were all defying gravity, crawling along the eastern side of the house like spiders, gathering around a single boarded up window.

Standing above them, his cloak whipping in the breeze and his hand behind his back, staring imperiously down at them was the pale, dark haired man that they knew to be Strahd.

The brides seemed to be scratching at the boards, though on further inspection, the raven and Joe the parrot both spied that they were marking the boards deliberately with a pentagram pattern. The brides then each bit their own wrists with their sharp teeth and smeared the boards and arcane symbol with their undead blood. At last the three of them began to chant.

"L-love?" Ireena looked up at Tristam with wonder in her eyes, her body pinned beneath his weight, her soft fleshing reacting excitedly and gladly receiving him. She senses him throb within her and slow his pace. She whimpers at the touch of his fingers across her pert pink nipples.

"Do you mean it? If so, then swear it again Tristam, and be my lord and love. Take me away from this horrid night and the Devil that hounds me, make me yours instead and keep all of me, my body and my soul."

As she speaks, Tristam is aware of scratching upon the boards of the covered window, followed by a evil chanting.

"You know you do have a good point with the payment part.." Rovana tipped her chin. "Really need to get used to pirating on comission." She crossed her arms, thoughtfully.

"Eh heh heh heh heh." Rovana grinned at Jasminas remark. "Now now, dear Burgeomaster, if we are to succeed in our mission we ought to recieve more information.. what are the creatures capabilities.. what are its limitations? It can't enter, but it could break open the door and send its lessers. Its reasonably well hung, but not impressively so..

So far he sounds like the average noble.. if not the fat and complacent type. We'll, lets get him riled up."
She nodded after hearing about Strahd.

Rovana removed the hand covering her eye, shaking slightly as she steadied herself from ending her connection. "Oh shiver me timbers. Ebony, Ivory and the operas phantom be doing witchcraft..." She concluded, sending a mental command to her familiar 'Joe, Shit on that thing they're drawing then fly like the devil be after yarrr, cause he may well be' before forming her hands around her mouth, shouting upstairs.:

"ABANDON SHIP! Brimstone on Starboard!"
Well, to her that was a very clear command and she tried to make it loud enough to reach the top chamber, even if that ment the vampires hearing her too, rushing upstairs but quickly slowing her advance, switching from loud and boisterous to stealthy and silent.

Actions if we resume the fight:
Double move to get upstairs, then stealthing. She'd likely stay out of the range of the rooms entrance, just in case it gets.. heated in there. Roll(1d20)+7:

Joe: 'Attack' on the pentagram to hopefully interfere with the summoning, then retreat like fuck.

"Decantly ah sized...? Like ah sortah this ah long?" Vita mimed with her hands, listening to that off-hand comment and holding up her hands and spreading them apart. (Miming that Strahd's dick size is 7 to 8 inches at Jasmina.)

The tiefling's tail waved agitadely, coiling behind her. "That ah doen't soudah fine to mue." Vita kept her hands touched away from the singed areas after a feather light touch. She wasn't any good at being a herbal witch. "Ah think this will ah all be good and ah gone with good ah nights rest. Thank Lathander thaht you ah foolishness didn't ah get you ah trapped into his ah bevy of brides." As Vita shivered at that. Being fucked in the ass sounded like a horrible way to go.

The dumb farm girl gave her an absolutely confused look at her choice of words. "Ah thought I ah talking normally when ah pull on me inner lightah." She verbalized as simply as that. "Ah..." Vita squirmed "He ah must be good looking for you to ah be so. . . happy in describing ah him. Ah thought devils were always ah ugly as ah sin." As Vita stepped back away from Rovana, now confident the blond jaunty woman is ok.

"Ahkay."
She grunted and watched Rovana as her inner light suffused her.

"EH!? Ah whats going on?!" Vita squawked at Rovana's sudden shout, watching her skidaddle up the stairway like a squirrel outrunning a dog and climbing a big ol'tree. (EDIT: Forgot action) The dumb farm girl following right up after Rovana in panick. (Action: DASH! + reg move speed - running 60 feet. Behind Rovana.)

"What are 'brimstone' and 'starboard'?" Esvele asked, mostly under her breath, as she trotted up the stairs and made her way to Ireena's door. She hammered her fist against it, shouting out at the solid wood: "Milady it would be wise to move to a room without windows, the Count may be trying to pry the boards free or somesuch," she called. "You can continue when you've moved, please hurry, now now now now," Esvele continued, nagging unceasingly as she pounded on the door, until the two came out.

"I..." Tristam begins before the chanting from outside registers in his mind. "Bloody witchcraft!"

Rolling off the bed, Tristam reaches for a sword and tries to peer out of the window. "The devil may not be able to enter this house, but if he destroys it he won't need to.

Joe swooped in for a closer look at the witchcraft of the three brides, and was able to see something that he hadn't noticed before. They were drawing and smearing their blood across the boards according to a design that had been written on a scroll of paper. The one with the skull mask had been holding it, pressing it flat against the side of the boards and reading aloud, perhaps directly from it.

If there was anything to disturb the silly ritual that the trio were working on, then that would be it. The command from his captain only confirmed in Joe's bird brain what he would need to do.

Joe had always been a part of the package deal - from the moment that Rovana had awoken on the flotsam of a wreck at sea, gripping the cutlass in her hand and having the apparition of the drowned girl "Molly" following her around - she had also had Joe, and his personality was a dim reflection of her own. He was flighty at times, but clever in his way. He had a sense of humor, and he gave respect to the Pirate's Code as if it were ingrained into his very being. And while he was quite adverse to pain and death, he was also quite willing to enact a daring and extremely dangerous plan of action, and while he has balked at Rovana's commands before, he's always carried them through.

This time was no different as he sped with all the power his flapping wings could muster towards the window and the vampire spawn around it.

"Rawrrk! Swab the poop deck! Wee Woo!" he mimicked as he took aim, contracted his bird sphincter, and let loose several large white and brown bird droppings to splat perfectly across the ritual scroll. The chanting women hissed angrily now, and stumbled in their speech. They waved uselessly at Joe, then tried their spell, and screamed in frustration as the spell scroll burned up and the slight glowing energy of the magic symbol they had drawn faded.

Without further ado, they just began to claw and slam against the boards, smashing them in a manner similar to what the zombies had been doing.

Standing above them, Strahd eyed the bird with annoyance, and as it flew away he raised a finger towards it. Joe flapped his wings and banked to the left sharply, but the vampire's hand followed him steadily and a grey-blue lance of cold energy fired out from his finger, hitting the parrot familiar directly.

Joe felt a terrible pain overcome him, his surprise and agony mentally transferring to Rovana for an instant, and then he was gone.

At least. His physical form was. Rovana had had this happen once to her before with Joe, when he was first skewered by an angry rival captain's crossbow bolt through the eye.

He had disappeared then, and she thought him lost to her. But materials could be gathered and the ritual of her cutlass could call Joe's spirit back into physical form - it would just take time to cast the ritual again. It would seem that once again, Rovana would have to call Joe back from the dead - but what effect would this cursed place have on him?

Tristam rolls off of Ireena, leaving her momentarily stunned and pawing after him as he withdraws from her body before either of them can achieve their much desired release.

"Tristam!?" She exclaims, before terrible cries of anger and rage from just outside the window where the scratching was coming from. Then this is closely followed by the powerful thuds and clawing that makes the well-prepared boards buckle and bend out of place. "Oh damn them! Must the Devil deny me bliss even with my first time? Curse you, Strahd!"

Ireena sits up and pulls on her undergarments, just as Esvele arrives at the door first and began to nag quite insistently about the pair of new lovebirds moving to a different area of the house. The young noblewoman stood in just her bra and panties before scooping up her other clothes, her armor, boots and rapier into her arms in a big pile and jogged over to the bedroom door.

"Tristam! Come away from the window, it will -"

*CRRRUNCH!*

One of the boards split in half, with a pale clawed, feminine hand with several ancient jeweled rings on its fingers, raking through the old wood before withdrawing. A moment later, a dark set of eyes, nearly fully black, was looking through the broken board at Tristam. The eyes regarded his nudity, and how he was quite obviously hard and glistening from where his cock had most recently been.

"You dare to soil my bride?" The voice that paired with those eyes intoned. "It will change nothing of the outcome - I will have my satisfaction! Ireena! Hear me!"

Ireena, as if compelled, turned to regard those eyes, just as she had unbolted her bedroom door and opened it for Esvele, as well as Rovana and Vita who just now caught up with the nun and had arrived, leaving Ismark and Jasmina down below to contend with the remaining zombies.

"Come with me, Ireena!" Strahd commanded, and his eyes glowed a pale red, whose glow became reflected in the irises of the noble woman, turning the same color.

"Yes... I will... come with you..." she murmured, and dropped all of her things, so that she merely stumbled towards him as though in a dream, her glistening, bedraggled body still showing signs of her pent up sexual desire.

Only Tristam was directly in her way to stop her from reaching towards the window, however, the other three allies could all enter the room if they wished to hold Ireena back, for she moved slower than any of them, possibly fighting her compulsion subtly. The window was still mostly barred, and with Strahd there, the clawing and pounding from the three spawn had stopped for the moment.

(New pic because Joe is gone. Nues!.. Also luv the hat and acessoire in this one.

"A har harr harrrrr!" Rovana clenched a fist with a triumphant grin as she let loose a pirate laugh.. a mostly silent one, as she remained more or less hidden. She had briefly entertained the idea that Joe might just be a mirror of her own personality in bird form, somehow, but, for one, she was narcististic enough to not mind that too much, for two, that was a little far fetched.. she was just overall proud of the bird. Survival was important, yes, but.. you also had to have some greatness in your life, else survival was meaningless, wasn't it?

She also pondered, momentarily, which of the two vampire-brides were hotter. Now she already had Vira, so that left the dark skinned one and the mysterious masked one.. both had an interesting aspect to them and.. and then her stealthyness was ruined as was her prior amusal. "Gah! Fuck! Bloody.. bloodless bitch!" Rovana gripped her chest and stumbled, in pain for a moment, steadying herself against the wall. "Thats it. I'm gonna give every last one of his egotrips with tits a strap-on AND a peg-leg to peg him with!" She cussed, then calmed herself, dashing into the shadows.

Now the heroic thing to do, with the entranced girl walking to the vampire would be holding her back, speaking to her, asking her to fight it. Rovana was not a hero. Furthermore, she was rather mad right now, after making sure she had dashed from one cover to the next, drawing her crossbow and counting on the vampire simply dismissing her as unimportant she aimed at those eyes glancing through a gap in the wood at Ireena.. and shot at the vampire.

"Thats for Joe ya stinkin bilgerat." She informed after she let the shot lose, looking rather furious, but then exhaling, grinning, smirking, lifting her hat to confidently introduce herself.

"Ye'll pay proper respects to Captain Rovana, the Reaver." She demanded of the vampire lord.

Rovana slips to the corner of the door, taking aim at Strahd through the tiny space in the window. He doesn't notice the pirate, his eyes focused on Ireena as he calls to her, past Tristam's naked form.

*thunk!*

The bolt sails through the fist-sized opening and strikes Strahd in his cheek. The man does not wince, but the bolt sticks in his face with all the reaction it would had it struck a corpse.

His dark eyes turn to Rovana, recognizing where she is now. The bolt pushes out of his face of its own accord, and Strahd's face moves away from the window, as he flings himself back through the air, his cape billowing behind him, and he lands on his feet approximately 30 feet from the house. The bashing and clawing from the three vampire brides resumes.

Let's resume the same initiative order from before:

Strahd (Charmed Ireena this round)
Vita
Rovana (bolted Strahd due to hiding BEFORE shooting, so has effectively left cover; Vita's action can be retconned to go before hers)
Esvele
Tristam
The Three Vampire Brides (smashy smashy smashy)
Ireena (Charmed by Strahd)

The dumb farm girl, rushing up the steps, great masses of flesh jiggling and bouncing far too much, her back a bit pained without the correct support.

"Ah-ah!!" She gasped, in shock at the sight of Ireena and. . . an inapproriate flush gracing her cheeks at seeing Tristam. Her mind wondering how'd he feel. "Ireena is. . . being controlled? Ah!" As the tiefling felt her light. Feeling the insides of her it quicken. Her response known.

She looked at Ireena. She had something to counter what the devil had done! "Be held by my will! Be stopped by my thought! [Hold Person]!" She canted, her crystal glowing with beautiful light energies! She felt the light tendril lash out towards the noblewoman dressed only in bra and panties. Her form covered in glistening sweat that heightened her beauty.

Vita cast her spell, a flare of light lashing out and making contact with the semi-naked noblewoman.

[Ireena's Saving Throw (WIS): 2+2=4, failure.]

The light touches her skin and envelops her body in a soft light blue glow. The lash of light forms into two golden hoops that swivel around Ireena, softly humming and shining radiantly. She freezes in place, mid-step. Her eyes widen, but she cannot turn her head to see what has happened.

"C-cannot move... must go to... Strahd... must go... need... Stra... Tristam... Stra.... hnnnh."

The poor woman shows obvious signs of conflict, and it is clear that Strahd's wicked magics now contend and strain against Vita's light - but the warlock is winning for now. Ireena's eyes seem to be torn between the window and Tristam in front of her, almost as if a part of her is pleading for Tristam to help her resist the charm.

Strahd (Charmed Ireena this round, hit by bolt for "13 damage", moved to ground level 30 ft away from house)
Vita (Cast Hold Person on Ireena, successful)
Rovana (bolted Strahd due to hiding BEFORE shooting, so has effectively left cover)

"Shit," Esvele muttered quietly under her breath, thinking quickly. The nun's eyes darted around the room... and then locked onto something below. "Uh, uh, please avert your eyes, Milord, the lady is not decent," she stated - and then, she dipped, grabbing up some piece of the clothing in the pile at Ireena's feet.

She tossed this towards the window - and then raised her crossbow, sighting it quickly. She aimed for a patch of wall above the window, shooting to pin the cloth draped over the window, shielding them from Strahd's sight.

I don't know what this would be mechanically but it sounded cool in my head SO YEAH.

There's probably an attack roll involved so here.

Esvele picks up the dropped silken nightdress from Ireena's pile of clothes and flings it up into the air. Sweeping her hand around in a smooth motion, she fires her hand crossbow and sends the bolt through the shift, its silken form holding together to bring the garment with it and pinning it to the boards above the far window. It wasn't the best effort, for it hung lopsidedly and could easily be torn down with little effort, but the effect she was going for - namely to have it drape down across the hole in the window - was achieved.

Esvele feels super cool for a moment, ignoring the fact that her efforts were approximately 80% pointless, and also that she'd just ruined Ireena's very comfortable looking nightclothes.

"Aye, Ireena seems to be more mindless than before." Rovana remarked, in the open after her shot on Strahd, seeming somewhat displeased with herself. "Alright, crossbows wont be dealing with this scallywag, unless you give me a few more and get him to stand still for quite a while. At least he be self cleaning undead."

With her driving Strahd away Esveles actions were both over the top and rather unecessary. She could respect that. "Lookit that, you could make a fine harpooner, we just need to work on your attitude." She regarded the priestess efforts. "Like for example, I intended to charm the lovely ebon beauty to our side after driving away the vampire lord, which is now weakened in half by her being unable to ascertain my visages wonder.. oh very well, it shall still be enough!"

Rovana proclaimed with a boastful grin, raising her voice, either oblivious or uncaring of the fact that the three vampires outside most likely had heard her talking about her charming attempt just now.. "Our honored assailants, I cannot help but find your lord untalkative and disagreeable, I much apologize for my avian interference earlier, but it was a necessity. Let me make up for it by complimenting your radiant apperances, let it be known that I question yer reasons ta sail with this captain. I mean, that is just not an approach to a lady, making her assist in abducting your next liaison. Certainly not how I'd treat a lover. At the very least he should leave a benefit of a doubt.. ah.. I mean, he should be devoted to someone of your beauty, completely! Moreso if there is grace thrice over to be had!
I mean, exspecially you, ebon lady whose name I can only guess in dreams, you look like a faraway queen fit to command and be followed, not be made to follow, savy? Not to question your honor and devotion, but have you considered sailing under I, Captain Rovana, rather than assisting the dark lord? We'd be having quite the space for .. someone with your specific talents and I doubt you are entirely satisfied as the situation be."
Rovana said, in her most charming tone, having decided to woo the dark skinned vampiress. She didn't expect immediate results, but a pirate used anything they could, even such.

"You could backlight yourself to give off a dramatic silhouette, perhaps," Esvele suggested, though as soon as she mentioned it, the priestess looked up at the glowing bolt that held Ireena's shift in place shone bright. With how it shone, creating a silhouette didn't seem like a course that would be worth pursuit...

Ireena shook her head at the sound of Rovana's glib remark.

"Oh do shut up, you contemptible rogue!" the charmed woman glowered. "You're not exactly all there upstairs yourself!"

Even as she said this, Ireena walked along with Rovana towards the window, stepping past Tristam, who had kept his sword out and poised ready to deal with the vampires, should they somehow enter.

Some of the window boards ripped away as Rovana spoke, and the wind caused the curtain to ripple outwards. The dark skinned beauty pulled the curtain out and shifted it to the side, revealing her face in the widened window. To her left, the pale skinned bride in the red dress smirked and to her right, the skull masked, golden garbed bride scowled. In her white dress, with heaving bosom, the ebony skinned girl with the golden tiara looked at Rovana with curiosity. When she speaks, it is with a Barovian accent.

"You have a fair tongue to match a fair face, Captain Rovana," the bride in the white dress began, her dark eyes locking with Rovana's bright blue ones. "I am Ludmilla... Ludmilla Vilisevic. You remind me of a girl I liked very much when I was alive. She was quick, funny, and pretty, like you. She was warm... I miss that warmth."

The skull masked girl hissed, like an angry cat, but said nothing. Instead, the lady in red, next to Ludmilla spoke.

"Volenta is right. Why do you speak to them of the past, Ludi? It will not change the present."

"Because, Anastrasya, even if I am doomed, I like the idea of freedom with her." Ludmilla sighed and brought her face closer.

"Do you truly want me to stand beside you, Captain Rovana? You only know me as an enemy. As an unliving creature. Are you not worried that I would..." Ludmilla paused and looked at Rovana hungrily and showed her extended fangs. "Take a bite of you?"

Volenta sighed and huffed behind her skull mask. Meanwhile Anastrasya giggled.

"Ludi having the hots for one of the master's guests? That is a rare thing! But dear Captain, if you want to play with her, then all you need do is be polite to our Master. He will welcome you to his home gladly, so long as you give him what he wants. You don't really care much for this welp, Ireena. Let our master have her, and he will reward you! Perhaps with Ludi!"

Ireena muttered, reaching the wall next to the window.

"Must... go to Strahd..."

Ludmilla glanced at Ireena, then back to Rovana.

"I long for a warm body. It has been too long, too long... will you let me hold you?" she asks the pirate.

"Oooh, you got some creative ideas. Shadowy playacts would be great, we could even do suggestive poses.." She peered over as the burgeomistress snapped at her, grinning. "Aye. I appreciate that, but yarrr can praise me after I rescued you, aye?"

"We got warmth. 'specially the tiefling got flames to spare, but We'll try to keep that in check unless theres no way around it... " She cleared her throat when the vampiress presented her fangs. "My, what big teeth you have. Errr.." she gulped, but quickly fighting down her nervousness she gave a generous smile, regaining her confidence.
"Truly, I am not scared of you being a little bitey, after all, once you'd have a taste of hmnn.. this.. you'd surely fight even your own damnation for more, for-.. of me." At the 'this' Rovana brushed a dextrous, seductive hand alone her exposed neck. She had to admit it was a little creepy, but, she was nothing if not creative in her seductions. Still, her being a woman of opposites her gaze became calm and determined just a moment after this, as she added: "Ludmilla, I'm but a drunk, cursed pirate. But if I had to guess what that girl you once admired would say to you now.. it'd be: Just because you are damned; Doesn't mean you can't be free. Rovana gave the vampiress a caring smile, that left open how much of her current attitude was a playact to get a new ally on her side and how much was a genuine care. Rovana herself propably couldn't have answered this, but she would have said that she valued freedom more than anything. Then she'd have mused if this was why she tried to oppose Strahd at all.

"Lady Ludmilla, I do not know you as an enemy, merely a soldier, trapped by accident, not choice, on the other, the cold side of the battle. That said, Anastrasya, its true, I don't quite care for this Ireena.. and surely what meager gold these villagers could offer me, would sparsly compensate for attracting the wrath of someone as powerful as your lord. Furthermore, by inviting him in to have his time with not only the young Ireena for sure, but also an escapee from his dungeon, hiding below and the Burgeomasters son that defied him .. I'd imagine I could get quite the beautiful reward... Plus, its not like I'm a hero with any obligations. I'm just.. a pirate. A villain, a contemptable rogue, Aye, Ireena?" Rovana exhaled. It'd be easy.. likely far less dangerous.. she half closed her eyes, exhaling.. A proper woman of courage, does not flee before the start, aye?

She dropped her crossbow and raised a finger, pointing at Ludmilla, shaking her head, grinning suddenly. "But that would look as if I was actually afraid of your lord! As if I had respect for anything BUT the code! Furthermore, where would the fun in that be? A proper pirate ne'er be inclined to do as the authorities wish and be gifted the hand of a lady. I'll charm then kidnap you, then visit twisted things that I can scantly describe with a sister of faith in earshot to your immortal frame, though if it be of comfort, warmly holding shall be amongst those things as well at certain intersections." She winked at Ludmilla as she demonstratively slow lowering her hand towards her cutlass. "I'll not have you gifted to me like some commodity. You have waited long, I humbly request you extend your wait for a few more nights at most." She gripped her cutlass, pulling it out and pricking the tip of her finger.. "I believe this shall suffice as proof of my willingness to make aquaintance under better circumstances, I'm afraid you'll have to depart soon." Rovana chuckled, flicking her pricked finger forcefully enough to send a drop of blood flying at Ludmilla, waving her hands about dramatically..

And putting an arm around Ireena, placing her blade over her throat, remembering what she had heard from Jasmina about a sure way out.. "Strahd! I know you can hear me. It is all true. I don't care about this woman. I'm a rascal a scoundrel a villain a knafe. You want her? Well, if I (or rather me crewmember) can't have her, no one can! Release your command on her, or I'll cut her throat with her next step, she'll be dead before you have the time to make her yours. Don't believe me.. ask yourself, what'd you do in my place?" With that she held the blade tight enough to Ireenas throat to cause a thin line of red to appear. This wasn't even new to her, the wicked were just as easily manipulated as the good ones. Many of them believed the world was filled with people like them and that they were just better at dealing with it than most, anyway. You push that button and watch their own fears guide them.

"Captain. . . are yah sure it is ah wise? Their ah consorts of the ah devilah uh um Anal-Strahd. Would it not ah be better to ah... lightah up the devilah anal-strahd first before ah trying to um get into their ah. . . panties?" Vita speaking as eloquently as ever.

The sight of the shaking silk dress filled Vita with some simple envy. That thing looked expensive and enticing to wear! She just imagined how much men and maybe even some Rovanas would pounce on gals in that. If Ireena had been wearing that instead of her arty fruity armor.

"Backlightah. Like ah this? Spin in mine hand. [Produce Flame]!" As she chanted the cantrip, making a ball of fire in her palm spin and hold as a backlight to Rovana. The speck of flame casting 10 feet of bright light and then 10 feet of dim light. "That ah help in making ah dramatic shadows?" As she held it.

Only to pale. The feeling of the sudden snap. Ireena moving forward, the power that had coiled around her waist and neck gone. "Darnit! Ah she'a free. We ah hold her down." As she dropped her oh so recently created flame. Trying to hug Ireena from behind and stop her with her body weight!

Rovana's quite inspirational speech. The dumb farm wished she could speak so eloquently as her!

(Attempt on resrtaining Ireena - Also ending Produce Flame is a 'free' action that can be done at any time on my turn XD.)
(Action: Hugging athletics check from behind on Ireena. 11 (10 + 1). Welp tried.
