You've got the basics down. Mainly I'd say her face is a bit drawn out, I'd suggest looking into the facial shape of Jasmine as they're usually pretty standardized. The second thing is the penis. It looks... unsettling.

Thanks for the critique. I can't draw without reference so drawing anything else below the face by imagination is challenging.

I think this would be alright if the mouth was changed up a bit and the breasts were drawn a bit more round. It seems like it's really close to being good but needs a few touch ups.

Edit: Also her right eye doesn't seem symmetrical with her left. It's bigger. I think the only problem is symmetry.

If you want to join 4chan bypassing the IP ban you may try to use a proxy.
TOR Browser is a browser with proxy functionalities and does the job. I use it to access to these sites that are usually banned by my country. Try it out, it's free.

About the draw it looks good to me, since I'm a beginner too.
If I may give you an advice to draw without references try to work in a pyramid.

First draw the basic lines, very rough, don't care about any detail.
Here you need to focus on 2 things: proprtions and joints.

Then draw over these lines volumes (spheres, parallelepipeds, cubes etc..) to give a rough position of the volumes of your future body.

Work on these first two steps as much as needed to have a proportioned figure.

A trick to see if you are doing well is to flip your artwork symmetrically. It will deceive your brain which will perceive the artwork as somebody else draw it and will make you notice mistakes which previously you didn't see.
If you are working on paper just use a mirror!

Then last, work on details and so on...

Thanks vicisitudo for the advice, by the way I heard about Tor/Onion browser and how it can be dangerous if you somehow use it incorrectly (gets mistaken for wrongful traffic from someone else; e.g. drugs, child porn or similar shit) I'll take some research before using it.

Try to think of what her arms are doing.

To me it looks like if you change her left arms position, it will help sort out your collarbone issue.

Doing that would be impossible for now as I've thrown away the paper . I might still be able to do the MS Paint fix with the softcopy though.
