I'm thinking about starting a similar thread to this on Hentaipalm. I'm basically going to flash the entire section and start over from scratch. The plan is to let people post and discuss games in that thread and then I'll make an individual thread for each game.

I'll be making a Game Index thread as well to help members find whatever it is they are looking for. We also allow loli, but that requires a small bit of specific protocol.

Looks like I've got some work to do. I guess I don't have to be worried about being bored at night anytime soon.

2. town. down the dungeon first room right. The game was discussed in here before. Just use the search option. If you still have some questions you could pm me as well. I think i did everything in this game.

Megaupload wasn't banned for many years, neither was PirateBay. Doesn't mean it won't happen. All a person has to do is search the RJ number on Google, and it will bring up all the posts on this forum with said RJ number. Anyone with half a brain would see the very link to the torrents on Hentar's (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) signature and they can take down the files at their leisure.

The way Starke said to word it makes sure that no one can easily find the loli content unless they are gunning for ULMF specifically, and the regular users/lurkers will know what he is talking about.

Doesn't hurt to take precautions, even if they seem nit picky or over exaggerated.

If you want a moderator to make that kind of a judgement call, then go GET a moderator to do so. One who can edit the posted forum rules thread to reflect the change. ESPECIALLY if you're now talking about not following the state of the law is it is, but as you guess it might become sometime in the future. We have enough problems with existing laws without people deciding that they want others to follow all possible future laws as well, TYVM.

Because I can think of a LOT of possible future laws we might want to follow as a precaution. For example, do you think it's impossible that depictions of rape will become illegal? Might wanna preemptively nuke the Virgin Island thread and quite a few others...


EDIT: There appears to be an effort by some self-righteous individuals to move beyond banning links to censuring all mention of loli, for example this "never speak the name" garbage and the previous effort to intimidate another poster by telling him his mention of loli in his sig was "creepy". The relevant rules are:

1) No posting of illegal material. This includes but is not limited to nude pictures of people of questionable age, and (real life) bestiality pictures.
2) The posting of pictures that depict underaged characters (or characters that appear underaged) in sexual situations is not allowed on this forum. It is illegal in the country this server is hosted in.

So, just as someone cannot come on this forum and start harassing or insulting people who like rape games, or who like watersports games, or any other kind of weird (to you) fetish, so too are you expected to extend the exact same courtesy to people who like loli. The ban is against material, not against likes or attitudes or making you feel uncomfortable. Nor is the ban free rein to indulge your prejudices against others. Remember, you don't expect people to be allowed to give you crap about your big breast fetish.

Nor should you be pressuring others to not even mention games. When you can find actual caselaw where someone mentioning that his off-site torrent or some other site had loli material caused the site hosting the comment to be prosecuted, then you can ask the mods to protect the forums from this threat.

Then I suggest you refrain from giving them a reason to do so, like failed attempts to moderate the thread using nonexistent rules "just in case".

Edit: And in case you hadn't read Toxicshock's post on deleting the thread, at no point whatsoever did he mention loli as being the reason. A page after TS's post, one poster started blaming loli for the ban and other people started to jump in. When you're on a witch hunt, finding an actual witch is hard work - much easier to find the closest defenseless widow, burn her instead and declare the problem solved. Just like it's easier for the person who posted a great deal of the links here without making new threads to support them to deflect the blame to others instead of admitting error.

But not mentioning the names of loli games will not save this thread, because mentioning loli isn't what endangered it. You don't believe me, read the actual moderator's words on the subject. I'll wait.

Suddenly I sympathize with toxicshock over nuking this thread if only to cull the endless lolicon whiteknighting (if such a bizarre thing is even possible), But really, if links to ANY games that are licensed or not freeware in general is a rule here then this thread is obviously gone.

Actually, I think you should remove the RJ number from the post. There have been a number of attempts to ban depictions of brutal rape (both of which are tags on this game), and one might succeed in the future.
