I can run the game but I can't get past the title screen. Do I need a joypad in order to play this game?

I had the same problem. Go to the ontrol-joypad menu and change something form the drop box if I recall correctly. You should then see that all the controls have been changed to keyboard-something. Arrows-Z and X keys should work normally now.

They've put up an official site for the 2nd game, and with story + profile of main character (this time a 'hunter' using sword and bow)

Release date is 'in 2013' so that's roughly equal to "no clue" or at the very least 'wayyyy later from now'

Well, if i recall correctly, they said they were planning on a Spring 2013 release, but I'd imagine them taking a few extra months with it, gonna guess sometime in early Summer.

So, a while back, someone brought our attention to a game made by one of their pixiv artists. It was a test game to see if there was much interest for an actual game. But it was pretty fun.

l've lost track of the download page or any idea of where to get it. Was there ever an update, or any news of him doing a full game?

Edit: false alarm. I found it on my HD. Tracking it down nao.

Yeah the default controls are joypad, but you can use the joypad dropdown menu to configure it for a keyboard.

The F1-6 keys are fine, but you'll want to set the directional buttons and A, B, C, D, L, R to your keyboard.

Both are made by the same artist, but there haven't been any updates on either one, sadly.

@solarpants yeah, that's the one. I remember it now, and I might play through it again in a bit. I think it's pretty short, but pretty interesting. And he's a really good artist, even does manga how-to-draw stuff. Seems cool.

Hopefully he's building upon the strengths of the previous games, like having separate outfits in the second game and exhibitionism in the third, etc.

After having it in both the 2nd and 3rd game, it's safe to say it's most likely going to be in the 4th game. Along with 15+ lines breast rubbing scenes, they sorta became his thing.

His games are unique. You either like them or you dont.


Pros:
Combat ( needs to be more challenging otherwise its epic )
Pictures , style

Cons:
Story
Amount of time he needs to release
Each game has almost same mobs
Similar characters and scenes ( tho you forget most of them while you wait for another release )


wishes:

Clothing system
Pregnacy system ( something like VH one would be epic )
Better weapon system
More story forks with different endings.
More characters ( female ones )


Even tho there are more cons for me i still love his games ^__^

Can I add on to your wish list by adding "less ugly censors" and more ""GOR" scenes with monsters? I don't know why but his games have some of the ugliest censors I've seen.

Well, more like I should be lazy now and then, posting pages long explanation on games really take away from the name.

Don't know about the male-MC thing, since I probably about equal ratio in the VN area at least. (Although when it comes to NTR, it's more of female MC with the 'player character' just acting like camera following her around)

As for monster girls, MonMusuQuest gainin massive popularity is probably one source.
