It wasn't as if the daemon gave the redhead much of a chance! As the human came, her legs a sodden mess of saliva and her own juices, the daemon didn't give more than a moments pause before beginning anew... and even then, the pause was dubious at best.

Squirming, panting hard as that thick tongue buzzed up against her, Pheonix noted that all but two of the vines that had entrapped her had either loosened their grip or had left her body entirely. It was hard to say how much time had passed, but Pheonix would eventually wake on the jungle floor, Shale flopped without the decency to even curl up in the crook of her arm. Slowly getting up, Pheonix picked up Shale while on the look out for more tendrils from the trees. Not that the tree wasn't fun, but she thinks she needs rest first before trying that again. It was strange... the trees seemed to be minding their own business, for the most part. There was the occasional lazy grab for the woman, though perhaps Shale's ability to broadcast sensation had had other effects that she hadn't been aware of.

Whatever the case, she was able to make her way all the way to the ramp that led up to the third tier without incident... without meeting anyone, least of all Flaqus or Ozen!
