1) Make sure that you're putting the condom on right. A poorly applied rubber is not only useless, but very uncomfortable.
2) Don't masturbate the day of, or even the day before, if you know that you're going to have sex.
3) Make sure that you're in the right state of mind to have sex. Ideally, you want to be relaxed, happy, relatively stress-free, and preferably a little aroused to begin with. The fact that you can't seem to cum during sex, and that you're worried about it, is probably hurting you a little in this regard.
4) Depending on the position, she could be getting air in her vagina, which basically means that neither of you are going to be getting any real stimulation until the air gets squeezed out. Also, it helps a lot if you have proper lubrication. If she isn't wet enough, try getting some KY or something.
5) If you want to get off, you have to find what you're doing and who you're doing it with genuinely arousing. Try different positions.
6) Foreplay is extremely important. Some people think differently. These people are stupid, and have either never had sex, have no stamina, or are just generally terrible in bed. For many people, men and women alike, a lot of lead up is necessary if you want to cum most of the time. I know, because I happen to be one of those people.
7) Regardless of what pop culture wants you to think, it isn't easy to get off with someone whom you aren't intimate, and therefore comfortable with. (Not unless you're a shallow piece of garbage, at least.) If you haven't done it yet, trying having her get you off with her mouth or her hands before you have sex again. Just don't forget to return the favor.
