He tried to get out of the way, but he wasn't in time, and he was sent flying through the air by the powerful blast, hitting the ground with a loud thud and rolling a short ways. That bit of magic made the woman start to reveal herself, strange red marks coming to the surface of her skin, her eyes glazed over and red, her scent... demonic. She had been infected with some kind of demon magic or something. When Priscilla finally came to her senses again she would try to disrupt it with icicles if she wasn't too late, though all she could really think to do was launch simple attacks at the woman unless her master had some better idea for her.
