You can create and alter your clothes the same way you can alter your shape, although it takes actual effort. They can look whatever you want them to, but they don't offer much protection, so if you go to vacuum, you'd better put on a real space suit. Having said that, you're also more resilient to most things. Non-magical fire might not feel very nice, but it won't burn you unless it's very hot. Same applies to cold. Hard radiation and magic are about the only things other than physical force that can hurt you, usually. But even then you're more resilient than most humans and you won't need to worry about getting a cancer or other sickness like that."

Helena nods taking in all the information.
