Jasmine flies behind Helena, helping her up to a high branch, one sturdy enough to support them both. "At least they won't be able to get us in wolf form."

As Helena reaches out to Strike, she finds the spider rather tired and hungry, but still coming loyally.

*Sorry Strike! I forgot* Helena nods, "True... Wait? Wolf form? crap...." She had entirely forgotten that little tidbit and now felt even less safe then before! Squirrels had it rough... "And back in the trees, I WANNA FLY! This Sucks! Wait, why aren't you flying? couldn't you stay close and NOT exhaust yourself if you stayed in the air?"

"If anything, flying is more tiring than walking. And I've had enough of that for one day. Besides, I'd have to leave you here."

There's still perhaps an hour of sunlight left, and the forest seems completely peaceful, so unlike it looked at night.

"Ahh, well alright then. I'm still just trying to figure this place out, it looks so beautiful during the day, and then goes all dark and twisted at night... How do you think we're gonna manage to get home Jasmine?" Helena asked as she leaned back against the trunk. Would they ever? seemed an odd question and a rather frightening one...

"Forests filled with monsters tend to be that way, though not as much so." As Helena asks about getting home, Jasmine falls silent. "I don't know. There are a few things I'm going to try once we get somewhere we can get supplies. Those should get me home. As for you, I'll take you with me and then we can no doubt find someone who can help you, for a price."

Helena chuckles softly and darkly, remembering what she had been doing before she wound up here. "Always a price isn't there. As I said before, given the choice, I'd stay with you Sis"

Jasmine smiles at Helena's comment. "If a demon offers you something for free, be very, very suspicious. And I'm sure we can work something out."

Helena smiles, "I remember a time a Demon offered me something for free" Thinking back all the way to the beginning of this crazy ass adventure. "I'll remember that though, now if we could just figure out exactly Where this was!"

Helena blushes a little and laughs, "I dunno... I think I'm more trouble then I'm worth sometimes" Yawning loudly, not used to moving all day with a pack on, no less running with a pack on for part of it, Helena felt fatigue starting to creep up on her having had a good chance to relax. Closing her eyes she started to doze off...

Helena wakes up to a low growl coming from below, and Jasmine's hands stop her from falling down, as the succubus presses a finger on her lips. Though it's dark, she can make out at least half a dozen shapes below.

*Guess I missed at least one of the werewolves. It'll be arriving soon, I suppose.*

Helena tries very very hard to be very very quiet... Gripping her morningstar with shaking hands, she nods at Jasmine and just waits. A werewolf, A fucking werewolf!? This was Insane!

Some time later another figure appears. Though Helena thankfully can't make out details, it twists and melts into somewhat humanoid form, before stalking to the tree trunk and looking up.

*Well, I think it knows we're here anyway Jas* Peering down at the figure Helena has a strange thought about throwing acorns at it, but instead just tightens her grip and waits, maybe it would go away?

The creature lets out a low growl before starting to climb the tree. Jasmine seems completely calm as she looks at it, and Helena can hear her chanting a spell.

Helena scowls as the thing starts to climb the tree, getting ready to kick it in the face or smack it if it got too close...

The creature stops out of Helena's reach, sniffing the air. As it speaks, the words are barely recognizable in the midst of inhuman growl. "Why are you here?"

Helena turns her head, It could talk? And apparently wasn't overly hostile... Maybe... Possibly... "We're just going to the next village over, That's it" Helena replies. *Mind sharing what unholy power you're planning on unleashing?*

As the werewolf seems to ponder Helena's response, Helena can see several other werewolves appearing below. She can almost hear it grinning. "You come down or we eat you."
