Cindy picks out a pair of earrings and an armband, while Jasmine takes a silver brooch set with small emeralds and a pair of simple rings. "Excellent choices, ladies. Those will be three hundred and thirteen bridles, total."

Helena reaches out to touch his shoulder, charming him quickly and establishing the link, looking into his eyes for a moment. "Surely not so much for so little? And after us having lost so much as it is~ Can't you help us? Please? I only have 150 bridles left after having to replace my wardrobe and finding lodgings and my family is still leagues away! I can't present myself to my father like this!" Helena said in a panic, starting to cry.

Helena can feel the man waver, but hearing the number puts his back up. "I'm sorry, but I couldn't possibly give them to you for that cheap."

Helena never broke her act, but sighed mentally. Not one of her best performances apparently. *Alright Jasmine, Dominate him and we'll just go with what we have, make sure he doesn't remember anything*

Jasmine pulls the man aside and kisses him suddenly, and Helena can feel his mind going...limp, for the lack of a better word. *Alright, take what you want. Not too much, mind.*

Helena takes only the two pieces she had originally, not wanting to push her luck. "I think what we have now is fine, lets cheese it and get away from this place quickly." Helena said pocketing the ring and chain and calling that enough as she moved towards the door.

Cindy follows Helena's example and picks only what she had already picked, as does Jasmine, pocketing the pieces and heading out. "Alright, is the castle our next stop?"

"It is indeed" Helena said setting off, gesturing for Tom, who had blessedly been waiting outside, to lead the way again.

As Tom leads Helena and others to the castle, Helena sees different guards, this time. There's also a line at the gate, with many nobles going in or out, with everyone going in getting questioned.

Helena sighs and steps in line to head in. She hated lines, they sucked.

Tapping the shoulder of the person in front of her, and charming them just to make sure she didn't have her arm ripped off, she asked what the line was for...

The man in front of Helena cheerfully informs her that they're going into the public audience with the prince. Held once a week, it gives lesser nobles a chance to ask for a boon, a judgement or advice.

Helena grins and thanks the man for the information. *Well isn't that interesting... Once a week, open to the public~ We can use this...*

Helena waited in line to apparently see the Prince for the first time, and gather as much information as she could...

Helena cursed under her breath before breaking the line and heading away. *this is looking more and more like sneak in and shoot the fucker. So that's what I'm trying tonight. The sneaking, not the shooting. I want to know how tight this medieval security really is.*

Helena's temper was far from improved. *If we need new names, then the only person who can help us there is Oleg, and that's a major personal risk to himself. Well head back to the Inn for now and see what else we can think of*

Jasmine and Cindy follow Helena back to the inn, where lunch is immediately brought up for them. The meal consists of thin slices of meat, mild sauce, vegetables and bread and it isn't quite up to the usual fare of the inn.

Helena didn't care about the food, she'd been eating good ya, but food was food and only an idiot turned their nose up at anything. Digging in per usual, Helena ran over the castle in her mind at night silently for a few minutes before speaking up again. "We'll see what else we can find out tonight Jas, but what about you Cindy? Any ideas?"

Cindy shrugs in response. "I've got a bow. It might not be of much help, but I could at least distract the guards or something."

As she finishes eating, Jasmine takes of her clothes except for bra and panties, sprouting tail and cat ears again.

Helena stared at the cat/Jasmine again in mild wonder, pondering how the redhead made ANYTHING look that good before shrugging and sprouting wolf ears and a fluffy tail herself.

"Jasmine, ya know what I miss? Some of the other demons from our world, like the rope demons. What do you think the odds are that we can find or summon one?" Helena asked curiously

Jasmine grins at the suggestion. "I don't think there are any here. Would you like me to work on a summoning ritual, mistress?"

Helena matches Jasmine's grin with one of her own. "O please do Pet, and aim for a little variety to if you can. I remember a particularly grabby pile of bandages back on the station~" As Helena's mind took this particular turn, she suddenly found herself thinking of the possessed carpet and howling with laughter, sending Jasmine a picture of it and the fight that had ensued, still snickering. "Evil Upholstery!" Helena said between short gasps and more laughter, clutching her side.
