The clockworks deliver the netshooter and the repeating crossbow to Helena and Cindy as well as moving the boulder aside. Cindy takes the crossbow, holding it somewhat clumsily as the group heads towards the tomb.

Helena, thanking the clockworks for the weapons, wandered back to put the netshooter into her saddlebags. She didn't want it broken in a lethal fight, she was out to hurt, not capture. Smiling at Cindy, they all made their way towards the tomb. Wakey Wakey Asshole. Helena shouted as soon as she saw the sarcophagus, probably closed, before pulling her hands back and throwing a large ball of ice at it, just to be annoying, taking care to stay as far back as she could. As soon as you see him, Light him up. Helena said softly, flames already spiraling up her hands.

As Helena and the others arrive at the pit separating the entrance from the tomb, Helena can see that the sarcophagus appears to be closed. The bolt of ice causes no reaction and Jasmine hurls a bolt of fire, which appears to be no more efficient in getting the vile monster to make an appearance.

Helena, not getting the reaction she wanted, ushered the others back a little bit away from the pit, before looking down it, and floating a small ball of bright light down, just in case, wary of an ambush. The worst kind of trap was the one you walked into. If that was clear, then Helena would float over the hole, and glance around the tomb, looking for their problem.

As Helena looks down into the pit, the mummy looks back at her before charging through the air, its arm slamming against her leg with terrible power, sending her stumbling backwards. Cindy awkwardly shoots the mummy with her new crossbow, but the bolt merely glances off of the creature. Jasmine shoots a bolt of fire at it, causing it to growl in annoyance.

Helena, shouting out a loud curse as the son of a bitch leapt out and slammed his arm into her leg, fell backwards hard, rolling to her feet quickly before leaping backwards. Don't let him hit you! She shouted, making as much distance as she could before throwing a spear made of crystalline ice, having to float in the air, not trusting her leg to hold her weight right away.

The icy spear shatters as soon as it touches the mummy's flesh, much like the acid behaved earlier in contact with the creature. The mummy charges towards Jasmine, who manages to avoid the brunt of the blow, but still staggers back while Cindy shoots again, this time missing complete. Jasmine tries more fire, but the mummy uncannily dodges underneath the bolt.

Helena still muttering a stream of curses, just went back to the old standby and tried to kill it with fire, fire seemed to work the best, for fucking everything. Throwing a bolt of flame, Helena kept their retreat moving, trying to make sure the creature had to chase them to keep hitting them, and with Willow nowhere to be found. Probably for the best in all honesty.

The fire seems to annoy the mummy further as it continues to brutally assault Jasmine, chasing her and sending her staggering with another blow that would have been lethal had it connected better, only to be rewarded with more fire. Willow seems to have vanished successfully, and after shooting another bolt that harmfully glances off of the mummy, Cindy decides to follow suit.

Well, don't bring humans into an insane fight like this apparently. They could only hope the Mummy dropped before they did, but Helena was already moving towards Jasmine, muttering the words to the healing spell and reaching out to tap her on the shoulder and try to patch her up, she was the most likely to deal real damage here, and that last blow had made Helena nervous.

As Helena casts her spell on Jasmine, the mummy lands another blow, though again Jasmine manages to dodge the worst of it. Jasmine quickly mutters an incantation, keeping her eyes on the mummy. Suddenly the tomb seems even darker as Jasmine reaches out to touch the mummy, causing it to shriek in anger as it seems to stagger.

Jasmine snarls in answer, launching a fireball from her hands to the ceiling behind the mummy as it attacks her again, causing it to shriek in anger again as the bandages on its back start to smoke.

You're showing me that later! Helena bellows, having to make an abrupt turn as Jasmine stayed in the fight, Helena just continuing to cast her healing spell behind Jasmine as quickly as she could, pouring her energy into her sister because she wasn't going to let her fight alone.

Spreading her wings, Helena manages to reach the Jasmine quickly, the healing spell flowing from her arm into the stronger succubus. The mummy seems to seize up as Jasmine takes another step back and launches another fireball that seems much less efficient than the last one, but still causes pieces of bandage to catch flame for a moment as the temperature of the air in the tomb continues to climb from all the fire magic being thrown around.

Back up out of his reach and cook him. Helena muttered to herself, bouncing back and hurling more flames at the mummy, ignoring the heat because it didn't bother her any, actually thinking for a moment they'd be able to bring this thing down, but she was annoyed with herself, for having no real combat spells of her own. Still... More fire... Burn it until there was nothing but ashes...

The flames hit the mummy's face, causing it to catch fire. Just as it is about to land another mighty blow on Jasmine, it freezes again, allowing Jasmine to hurl more fire at it and causing it to collapse, the entire body getting consumed by the flames in mere seconds. Slowly righting herself, Jasmine quickly mutters the cure spell a few times, quickly feeling better.

Helena is panting raggedly as the mummy finally falls, Helena striding forward and spitting on the ashes before patching herself up with two castings of her own healing spell. Looking over to make sure that Jasmine was indeed alright, those hits having worried her badly, started chuckling as she dropped against the wall, before laughing completely. We win~! We're alive!! Honestly... I thought we were fucked. You are twice the crazy bitch I ever was Jasmine. It's official. The hell was with those spells! I had no idea you knew those! And you are so teaching me. Helena said after her gratitude that she was still breathing bled away.

Standing up, Helena just pointed out towards Cindy and Willow. You need a break and a recharge, I'll get the damned chests. Helena said, Hugging Jasmine tightly before darting into the tomb to get what they came here for.

Everyone... We're getting the fuck out of this place as soon as Jasmine's work order is finished. I'm tired of almost dying out here in this litter box. And yes, we won, Cindy, I'm bringing you shinies to look at. Helena said, starting the chore of lugging the chests outside.

Jasmine laughs tiredly at Helena's comments before staggering away.

When Helena brings the chests out of the tomb, Cindy and Willow are waiting for her and Cindy immediately gets to work on opening them. Jasmine seems to have gone straight to the wagon and passed out.

The first chest Cindy manages to open contains jewellery, and Cindy sets two rings aside. The other chest contains two full vials, a wand fashioned from blackened wood that makes Helena's hairs stand on their ends and a thick tome bound with iron.

Helena, flopping on the sand and watching Cindy work from nearby, was pleased with what they had, even the chests themselves were valuable. However, when the wand showed up, Helena hissed like an angry cat and glared at it, not sure why it freaked her out. Willow, any idea what that evil stick is? I don't think it's as fun as your wand. Helena said, instead reaching for the Tome and seeing if she could open it. It was a dwarven tomb after all.
