Well, first or second town is fairly irrelevant. Basically, if all you do is lose fights, you're only going to see the boring loss screens. Most of the H in the game come from 2 sources. The Janitor is a big one, and in-combat rape the other. There's also a lot more scenes towards the end of the game, as Saki gets more corrupt.

There are various scenes that trigger around town as well, for instance working at the restaurant or riding the train.
