Kaei returned Shioris kiss, they simply remained like this for a while in each others bliss, after cleaning each other up and reclothing themselves they departed once again, getting closer to the arena on the horizon "Wonder what its gonna be like" Kaei said.

"I'm kind of wondering what we'll find there too sweetie, I hope it's something fun, and that we can get something to drink and eat, cause I'm getting a little hungry,” Shiori replied to Kaei after they got cleaned up and set back out towards the arena, “Whatever it is though I hope we can do it together and that we can have some more... intimate fun again soon, I really liked what we did a few minutes ago. But next time I don't mind if you'd rather have the top instead.” Shiori added after a minute or so.

With that, Shiori would reach over with her right hand while carrying her spear in her left hand, and grab Kaei's butt and give it a gentle squeeze, after which she would slip it into her hand and hold it the rest of the way to the arena.

Kaei was slightly startled when Shiori did that, but simply blushed and payed it no mind, eventually they found themselves in the shade of the massive arena, there were two doors, each marked with the sign [Solo Play] and [Tag-team]

As they traveled on, Shiori and Kaei eventually made it to the arena, with Kaei only blushing at Shiori's playfully grabbing her butt. Shiori had kind of hoped Kaei would say or do something when she grabbed her butt, but it didn't really matter to her in all honesty. Once there they saw the sign that said solo or tag-team play.

“Hmm... well which one would you like to do Kaei, I'm up for either myself, but I'm leaning more towards a tag-team battle myself. I hope we get something for winning too, that would be nice,” Shiori said to her friend, pointing at the tag-team marked door.

"I Guess we would get something for winning" Kaei said in response "Otherwise theres no point" she asked, she looked at the tag team door, then at the solo door "Maybe you should try the solo door first, maybe its easier..." she said.

"Y-You really think I should try it alone first? I'm a little scared actually, since we don't know what we'd be fighting or what would happen if we lost. But if you really want me to then I'll go in first," Shiori replied to Kaei's suggestion, shuddering at the thought of something gruesome happening to them.

If Kaei went ahead and told her that she thought she'd be okay alone first, then Shiori would head on through the solo door. If she decided against sending Shiori in alone first and wanted to go with her, then they would go in through the tag-team door.

Kaei looked at Shiori and gently patted her on the head and scratched her behind her wolf ears "Come on, if the monsters here are anything like the ones in the forest they wont do anything that bad Besides raping you" Kaei said, coughing "Sorry i might have a cold" she said again, Shiori also doubted she`d die in this arena as that would be a really crappy game over scenario, and judging from the attention to detail in this simulation it seemed perfectly safe.

When Kaei pet Shiori and scratched her behind her wolf ears, Shiori giggled ticklishly as her tail began wagging back and forth happily, while her ears twitched and flicked. “O-Okay, if you don't think anything bad will happen then I'll go on alone the first time around. I don't really like being raped honestly, but I can handle that I guess. But then we go in together, and afterward you have to pet and scratch me more,” Shiori replied to Kaei, her tail still wagging as Kaei scratched her behind her ears.

After letting Kaei scratch her ears and pet her as long as she wanted, Shiori would head on through the solo door to face her first opponent alone in this arena thing.

Kaei smiled and let Shiori go into the solo door, what greeted her was a almost log cabin like room, a table had a chair pulled up to it and there was a steel door with the number "6" on a sign beside it, there was a window as well, showing a good view of a dark and murky cave.

When Shiori went on in and saw what awaited her, she was kind of let down, as she assumed it would be some grand arena ring or something she'd have to fight in. "Oh well though, no sense in getting mad about it. Let's see though, I guess I go through this door here then," Shiori mumbled to herself as she glanced out the window as she walked over to the door.

She reached out for the handle on the door and tried it to see if it opened, which if it did she assumed she was supposed to go on in unless there was something else she could find that said otherwise.

Yes, 6 straight battles for solo, 10 for co-op you recover inbetween battles and the difficulty slowly increases until the final four, where you fight boss monsters, you get special items if you sucessfully defeat all the enemies and you`ll be able to see a leaderboard from other characters who fought in the arena

Of interest, there was what looked like a scoreboard in the room, when Shiori opened the steel door and peeked inside, she saw what she was greeted with outside the window, a dark and dank cave.

Alright thanks, I figured it was a gauntlet, bu wanted to make sure.

After seeing the scoreboard, Shiori checked it to see who all was on it currently, hoping to maybe have her name at the top of that list soon. Then after that she decided to move on into the room past the door and see what her first challenge was.

"Hopefully it won't be too tough for the first opponent," Shiori mumbled to herself as she went on into the cave.

The leaderboard had only two people on it at this point, which meant not many people have found the arena or some people just dont have interest in it, disregarding the thought, Shiori went into the cave via the door, it was eerily empty, she could hear something moving about but she couldnt see it...

“Litzy and Rukara huh, must be some of the other testers for the EGG or something. Oh well though, soon I'm going to be at the top of that list... I hope,” Shiori said to herself as she glanced at the leaderboard.

As she went into the cave she found it empty, save for whatever was making the noise she heard, which sounded much like something moving about in there. She kept her eyes peeled to spot whatever it was as she progressed through the cavern. Still though she hoped it wasn't something too strong for her to fight.

The first enemy she was going to fight was simple enough, a discarded bit of rope on the ground, however upon closer inspection she realised it was animate. probably animated by magic, she had no time to ponder its origin as it was slowly coming towards her, then it attacked!

Shiori was underestimating the rope, i mean what could a tiny bit of living rope do to her? She was justified as a few quick slashes of her naginta instantly cut it into pieces, teleporting her back to the waiting room, the sign was now at "5" and the area outside the window had changed to a field with many flowers.

After a short while she found her first opponent, which after a closer inspection turned out to be a some sort of magically animated rope. She didn't think that it looked all that powerful, and so approached it and gave a slash of her naginata at it.

"Take this!" Shiori cried as she swung her weapon.

After a couple of swift attacks, she managed to take the thing down easily enough, without even really getting hit at all. Once the fight was done and the rope fell to the floor in pieces, she was teleported back to the waiting room, which now had a 5 on the sign. She noticed the area outside the window had changed to a field of some sort and wondered what could be out there in such a beautiful place.

Shiori decided to stay long enough in the waiting room to catch her breath she'd lost from the fight with the animated rope, then head on out into the field to see what awaited her outside in it.

The sky was a nice and bright blue colour, it was very idyllic with rolling hills and ankle high flowers, Shiori felt she could even have a quick sleep here, however her attention was caught by something else, a very pleasant smell coming from a nearby flower...

"Wow... so pretty. I wouldn't mind living here even, especially if Kaei was here with me. Yeah that would be so nice," Shiori mumbled aloud to herself as she took a deep breath and took in her surroundings, feeling like she could have a nice nap in a bed of flowers.

A moment later though something caught her attention and she remembered what she was here for as she noticed a nice smell coming from a flower. She decided to check it out and went over to the flower she'd noticed, though moving cautiously a she didn't know what it was yet causing that pleasant smell.

The smell brought Shiori to a small plain grass patch, however in the grass was a sphere covered in a shimmering golden liquid, nectar, it smelled delightful and it seemed as if one lick couldnt hurt...

Shiori followed the sweet smell to a patch of grass in the middle of all the flowers, where she noticed a small orb of some sort covered in a golden liquid. She could tell this was where the smell was coming from as the closer she got the sweeter it smelled. She so wanted to just touch the liquid and taste it, just a taste was all she wanted. She tried to shake that thought from her head though as she reached out to touch it.

“A taste wouldn't hurt would it? I... no I can't... must fight this urge, I don't know what it'll do to me,” Shiori said to herself out loud, trying to fight the urge of just getting a handful of the nectar and tasting it.
