Once out in the next part of the labs, Shiori didn't see any actual threats as of yet, but she did hear a clanking sound of some sort, which told her that something was around.

“I wonder what's making that noise. Knowing my luck it's something that I won't be able to beat,” Shiori mumbled under her breath to herself as she continued moving onward.

Shiori moved on cautiously as she looked for the source of the grinding sound, though unfortunately she wasn't able to locate it. Though she was able to tell that whatever was causing it was getting closer to her. A couple of moments later, she glanced up a little and saw out of the corner of her eye the strange mechanical girl she and Kaei ran into back in the forest. When Shiori looked closer she noticed that she had a lust filled look in her eyes as she dropped down and attacked Shiori.

Shiori swung her naginata at the girl's chest and cut away her top to expose her flat as a washboard chest. In a swift attacking motion Shiori managed to hit the android girl right in her head, she was unresponsive for a second, then she collapsed ontop of Shiori, out cold, Shiori found herself back in the room again, her clothes repaired, the sign was now at a two and outside the window were plains, however the sky was a foreboding purple and red clouds swirled over head.

At first Shiori wasn't sure if it actually did anything, but after a couple of seconds the girl collapsed over on top of her. It seemed as if Shiori managed to knock her out with that hit.

Just as Shiori was about to roll the girl off of her and see if she was okay, she herself was teleported back to the waiting room again, once again fully clothed with the sign now reading two. “Wow I must be almost through the gauntlet. I'm kinda amazed I haven't lost yet, but I have to stay on my toes. I can't afford to lose just yet, I gotta pull through the last two so me and Kaei can get something nice,” Shiori said aloud into the empty room as she sat down to rest for a couple of minutes.

“I know what I can do, I'll give Kaei whatever I get from this and ask her if she'll be my mate,” Shiori said to herself, giggling at the thought of Kaei accepting her proposal, her ears twitching and her tail wagging back and forth very happily.

After a couple of minutes of rest, Shiori got back up with a renewed vigor, feeling that now she had something to fight for she'd be able to win a lot easier. So she got her stuff ready and headed on out the door and into the ominous looking area outside, glancing up at the purple and red clouds swirling overhead and giving a very audible gulp at how scary it looked. She was quite frightened of whatever may be here, but she had to fight on, because she had a mission now and was intent on completing that.

Eventually she saw someone sitting on a rock and gazing into a lake with pink water, the person must have noticed her because they stood up and turned around, it was a woman about 19 looking with shoulder length black hair and red eyes, all she was wearing was a pair of white panties and a white labcoat that barely obscured her breasts, she looked at Shiori for a minute, unsure of what she was going to do, then she spoke. After walking for a short while, Shiori came to a rock with someone sitting on it, looking out over a pink colored lake. After Tendril spoke again, pretty much telling Shiori that she didn't really want to but that she had to fight her, Shiori visibly tensed up and looked a bit sad. "W-Well how come we have to fight miss Tendril? I don't want to hurt you. You seem really nice," Shiori said in a very friendly tone, taking a single step closer towards Tendril and extending her hand in friendship in hopes she could talk her out of fighting. Only raising her weapon in self defense against this seemingly nice girl.
