The three selectable characters are basically different classes, sorted like so.
Balanced/Mage/Warrior
The balanced character has medium strength basic attacks, and his three "special attacks" are
Double Hit
Strong hit (chance of short stun)
Rape (forced blowjob/DP based on clothing damage)
The mage character's basic attacks are very weak, but his abilities make up for it. They are
Magic Buff (personal)
Devastating Damage over time effect, stuns if you used the buff the turn before
Rape (brainwashed blowjob/brainwashed vanilla depending on clothing damage)
And the Warrior class has the strongest basic attacks. Here are his abilities.
Strength boost (increases basic attack damage for about 3 turns)
Powerful blow (nearly as much damage as rape, usually stuns for 3+ turns)
Rape (tentacle oral/tentacle choice between vag and ass)
Also, making her cum in the interrigation mode (using purchased tools, not rape scenes) will earn you both CGs (haven't found a gallery though) and permanent strength bonuses. So each time you make her cum from the dildo, all three of your characters start doing considerably more damage when you actually fight her. I've got it at a point now where, when using the Warrior class, I don't need to use any abilities at all because I'm just so buffed up.
This game could've been a lot better if there was some better quality animation, or at least a wider variety of tools/poses/costumes/girls. Still, it was alright, was certainly fappable and that's what I downloaded it for after all. Took an annoyingly long to to get there though.

Have you tried changing your regional settings so Japanese is the language for non-unicode programs. applocale is imperfect but changing the local almost always fixes the sort of issues you describe.

Have the same Problem i changed unicode to japan but now it doesn´t even go to the menu. gives me an error and the window just stays black, when unicode is turned to english i get into the menu and then have an appcrash with kernelbase.dll, anyone got a solution?

1. You don't have Japanese language pack installed and/or applocale set.
2. You are trying to play or install from the zip file.
The first may not be necessary (for this game) but you MUST extract all files to a folder.
I haven't downloaded this game yet, so hard to tell for sure, but it is apparent that:Here the error:

actually, i think GOR is just showing you the zip file, since there's a folder above the zip with the same name, being the game he extracted. I have Japanese language files installed, and it still shows the game executable name the same way as his. I changed the name of the game to kunoichi, but that only gets me to the main menu. My game crashes with a live.dll error and then pops up a live player at other times too. No matter what the settings, it always crashes...
And i never use App-locale, i just fool around in the games till i understand what goes where and don't need the text to know whats what.
Farthest i get is the main menu, and then when i hit start or continue, it crashes, both in full-screen and windowed. After a while though, i start to hear music while it sits on the main screen with her image, but no START or CONTINUE buttons showing.

I think it's either you don't have a Japanese language pack installed as already said, or the one who uploaded the game didn't and screwed the file names (I once DL an rpgmaker game like that, an error everytime the game used a custom song or image...)

I actually thought the mage guy was one of the easiest, the second skill it's very good. You just need SP.

Never-mind, checked and didn't have my system locale set to Japan itself, probably cause i couldn't change my tablet to English since it would default to Japanese when i plugged it in.... Weird that it wouldn't work with my 'right click> run with Japanese locale and as an administrator' setting.

More things to try:
It does require DirectX 6.1 or greater.
Try moving to a higher level directory.
Since it has a live.dll file, I did some investigation and found that it must be a game made with LiveMaker (Similar to RPG Maker). Here is the FAQ from their site (Japanese).

Still does nothing for me... as soon as i set to japan Live plazer starts instead of the exe and i get a couple of errors... i even tried on two virtual machines XP and Win 8 still nothing...
