Don't know if this has been covered, but in case you're somewhat daft:

Data is saved in: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\parasite_in_city

To view all the gameover ACGs, merely add entries to gallery.ini for each numeric object in the Gallery.

1=1.000000... all the way to 7=1.00000

To open all levels modify sav.ini set the stage value to 2.0000:

stage=3.00000

Save file. Enjoy.

It's attracted a total of >4616 unpaid downloads at a (DLsite value to USD) cost of $71,199.69 to PixelStudio, minus the DLsite cut. On the other hand, you have a mind-blowing 1,708 downloads on DLsite - 189 (11%) of them even it! I'm not attempting to open the general debate on IP theft, but I would like to know how you feel about this, if you wouldn't mind sharing.

Well, I seem to have missed many things over these two months.

Now, I'm certain it's because I am temporarily stuck with a very old computer (my other one is in Hell) but I can't seem to run the trial (which probably means the full version won't work either). It won't even open up a window and just says that it ran into an unexpected problem and needs to shut down. This is currently the only thing I came across that does this on this computer. Since there is absolutely no lag or anything, I'm assuming I lack something crucial or my files aren't arranged properly. Or maybe my computer's gay and I'm expecting way too much out of it (though this game doesn't look like it demands that much from what I saw).

Does this game require anything specific besides the latest directx?

And how exactly do you even track "unpaid downloads"? That seems like
something that could cause a small uproar if it really existed..

I mean, it's possible, but only if you porposefully bug a download site with the game on it and see how many fish bite the hook, but that borderlines on invasion of privacy..

From my point of view as an experienced pirate, I can say that
the game is generally unpirateable currently to a regular run-of-the-mill
pirate..

Links will surface in 2 weeks to a month that will be widely available, but
until then the only reliable source would be PM's, connections, or if you
were determined, I suppose you could dig deep enough and find a stray link
hidden in a backwater forum somewhere.

Somehow I doubt THAT many people have pirated the game so early, and even if they did, the loss in profit wouldn't even be half as large as that..
Hell, the developer probably didn't even make that much yet with all the sales so far.

Or I could be jumping in the dark and spewing out-dated hullabaloo... *shrugs*

Donated, received, liked.

However, the stage design was very repetitive, the jump mechanic was a little clunky, the horde of enemies were insanely difficult if left unchecked, and only having one weapon was obnoxious.

I did like the animations, the (few) puzzle-like aspects of the game, the character designs, and the consistency of what plot there is expected to be in an ero game.

I give it a 3.5/5. A solid game that could have been finessed a bit more, but as an opening game for a studio, shows great promise and I will return to see what updates or other products are available.

I'll go ahead and clarify that I have not bothered searching since I purchased it and have no reason to search. There may not be any legit copies out there.

Perhaps not all are successfully completing... and hopefully it drives more sales. Had I enjoyed the game a bit more, it would have inspired at least one more license purchase.

eesh...well I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I'd be contradicting myself if I admonished you all for sharing/pirating...but I do wish that the author would have gotten a little more support on their first game, especially since it shows so much promise.

I'm having video issues. The game loads and runs but after the first two splash screens the screen is black. I can hear sound effects and from them I can tell I have control of the character but no video.

I saw another person had an issue and it had to do with graphics drivers. I have intel gma 3150 with up to date drivers running windows 7 32bit. The demo worked fine, I don't get it.
