Put the mapdata and basicdata folders in the games data folder, but it doesn't seem to be working. Tried it in both English and Japanse locals

Still getting half japanese and half random symbols.

Did you remove the .wolf files with the same name as the folders?

Yep, just like the 1.03 translation.

The only thing that seems to be working is Erona's name (translated as Elona), the locations on the map, and some of the CG descriptions.

Are u saying only Elona's name is translated? I translated all gal names. When u enter a battle or look at your menu they should be in english.

Working on skills when they appear in combat. Did the Status: MEMORY DATA and SPECIAL sections.

edit: most menus should be done, except CG.

How much are you going to translate ?
like the type, nature, description of nature, item names, description of items.

Enough to be called a partial, minus the story. Also, for those who recently grabbed my files, to get the whole experience you'd have to start a new game as some things don't get translated unless you do so.

That's great, menu's and battle stuff is the most important no need for story atlas wil do that more or less.
Also thx for translations you're doing a great job.

Igotnostuff worked on this when it came out till v1.03. He stopped working on it because the updates were too frequent. Now he's busy with college I believe so he doesn't have the time.

I think I finally finished all menus (Including the ever illusive Trainer Card). There are also some other extras. So again whoever wants to get the full experience would have to start fresh as the locations and Gals don't get updated unless you do so.

1.10 translation patch is working great, any plans on doing the attacks?

Also out of curiosity (never translated anything myself), why do some words have random letters preceeding/proceeding them? Is it something that happens when translating games in this format? Noticed the same thing with igotnostuffs patch.

BTW how do you enter the password for the guy in the Tokyo Dome toilet? Even switching to japanese don't help.

Like, some of the words will have an A in front of them, sometimes replacing a space, as an example.

It isn't on any of the gals' names or anything just random sentences and whatnot.

LAWLZ this is the first time I have seen such a thing. Well the question that comes on the top of my head is: have you properly set up for japanese on your system?

Alright I'm unique! Yeah I'm fairly positive it's set up properly, I have no issues with other games and their translations.
