Patch 1.3 removes the key item that teleports you to the debug map, I know it exist in patch 1.1, don't know about 1.2. Just leaving this here for keep sake
The key item that is in your inventory seems to be some kind of debug too, some of the settings might cause the game to be unplayable or crash(?), some doesn't seems to do anything also. There are a few interesting things however.

debug map:
From the starting location, main girl sprite character to your upper left: Gives you slave clothing and a few equipment, the suicide ring, slave collar (down stat up exp), and one that lowers def but up atk.
Naked main girl sprite to bottom: upgrade summon with items
Green Girl next to her: Crash game(!?)
Bottom right guy in red/brown hair: Shake the screen then stop, also gives you an equipment for blue hair girl(?)
Odd looking contraption with an orange orb floating: dialog pop ups, but doesn't do anything(?)
Main girl sprite next to the thing: Plays a cg scene with main girl pregnant, infinite loop
Horse sprite: have a wagon follows you, does nothing(?). Talk to it again disables it.
Green hair girl next to horse: teleports you back to game world, but at the village dungeon
The three sprites above horse:
Mohawk guy: gives you the male student as party member
Blue hair: gives you two summon monsters
Brown hair guy: gives you the male student as party member
above the three sprites:
Main girl sprites: does nothing(?)
Naked Blue girl sprites: teleports you to a village house, but you will exit and return to debug map
Brown hair guy above naked blue girl sprite: FP level up NPC
Center monster: gets into fight losing doesn't give scene, respawn at debug map with 1 health. Might be able to test battle rape.
Naked blue girl sprite next to monster: This one is weird... at first it seems like it doesn't do anything. Take off main girl's outer clothes, talk to the sprite, then check the status screen will show main girl wearing gym uniform, but you don't get the item, and the picture will go away if you visit menu again. essentially nothing.
Three identical brown hair sprite above the monster:
Right: overlay a picture of blue hair girl and main girl mostly naked, but won't go away covering the screen
Middle: overlay a picture of Ester from PF1 (in bikini armor) and the main girl naked, but won't go away covering the screen
Left: overlay a picture of main girl naked with lewd face, but won't go away covering the screen
Three top most sprite:
Right main girl sprite: explosion effect on screen (will stop) and light particle effect on screen (won't go away)
Middle brown hair sprite: disable the light particle effect
Left brown hair: shakes the screen then stop and give you a summon that is very weak(?) but has "powerful" description
Red hair guy just below and to the left: does nothing
Now the huge roll of 8 sprites:
1 brown hair girl: Gives you shit tone of clothing item
2 Red hair guy: +300 libido
3 Red hair guy: -300 libido
4 green hair girl: makes main girl pregnant (most clothing item doesn't work with pregnant)
5 green hair girl: cum between legs (can co exist with cum on face and everywhere)
6 green hair girl: cum on face (can co exist with cum between legs, but not everywhere)
7 green hair girl: cum everywhere (can co exist with cum between legs, but not face
8 green hair girl: cancel pregnant and all cum effects
Brown hair right and below 8 green hair girl: makes the screen purple, and won't go away covering the screen
