? his "final" witch trainer has been out for a Long time...
from whati understand, someone leaked WT to the public early and he got pissed and said he was done with it. but apparently inserts were already added in the leaked game sayin he didnt have the time to complete it.
There have been no updates to witch trainer from Akabur. In December he released a quasi-finished game and ran a line on everyone of how Warner Bros. sent him a cease and desist letter about Hermione Trainer now known as Witch Trainer, so he decided to release it as is. The updates that you're thinking of have been posted by a modding group, where they added in all the stuff Akabur said he felt too rushed and had too little time to add them into the game, plus extras that they plan to add to the game.
I'll call bullshit on that Warner Bros thing right now. They don't own the IP and aren't the one who would be sending the C&D letter. The characters don't look anything like what they do in the movies, so they're sufficiently transformative as to constitute a 'new work', so any claim WB might have is bunk.
Oh, believe me, I know. I followed Akabur's progress with WT religiously, logging on almost daily. I was incredibly excited, and I'll admit, let myself get over-hyped. It is basically just one guy doing this with a bit of help from Dahr (at least, I don't know how much Dahr does). Still, the posts from Akabur during this period were quite misleading. I've assumed that he was not purposely misleading, and that he actually had all this stuff planned, but ran out of steam. As most people here know, most projects turn into vaporware, as it is a shit ton of work to create a game.

I've been following his streams on BHB and a couple days back I saw him doing some shading on photoshop, for a brief seconds, I saw that he does have a recent photoshop file called "jasmine8.psd" under the file that he is working on. So it may mean that he is also working on PT Gold on the side. Should've hit the screenshot button at that time

I never knew this guy was making another game. I'm sad that he's likely to never complete it
