Also conceptually it could seem simple but it isn't that easy to translate. I waste half my time clicking with my other half trying to grasp the meaning of the sentence. It's not as it I am a jap pro. But I think I am pretty good. I may have lots of projects but all others except for Ariadne are partial menu translations and not actual script.
Got a download link? I guess they are currently fixing some bugs so I will wait till they slow down before I reintegrate my translation.

I feel like if I was completely fluent in Japanese, and could play through a game without ever having to look up what something meant, or wrap my head around odd phrasing, I would never bother translating at all. I just wouldn't get very much out of it if that were the case.
Stepping away form the translation discussion for a moment, I really have to hand it to Arumero Soft. They really put a lot of focus into making their games fun! Jumping right into gameplay that is straight-forward without a pointlessly convoluted plot...it makes me loathe to play a lot of other RPGmaker games where there's a 5+ minute opening that has no combat, and sometimes doesn't even let you don't anything besides read text boxes.
I think one of the big things about translation in this situation is that there are very few people who are very, very, very good with both English and Japanese. Even for people like us who volunteer to make patches and such, I know in my case it's because it makes the game a lot more enjoyable for myself, and being able to share that is a happy by-product (which I am happy to provide since the work is done).

As of 1.04 it seems the author is adding more armor, for Lelica (gun) and Aine (lancer) in this case.

this looks good, I was disapointed when I realized it was wolf, because I can never hook those properly, then blam, english partial translation.

Creature Hunter is totally an RPGmaker game. VX specifically (not VX Ace). It's not made with Wolf at all.

In case you haven't guessed yet, there's only 3 different sex 'poses'. Arched/from behind, Upper body/breast, and then leaning back/frontal. Those icons just tell you everything after that falls into that animation style.

To swich the first character, you have to deselect them and bring them back in you team. If you deselect Rerika, she'll get out of the team and immediately back, so she'll be on the last place afterwards.

i have pretty much trial and errored my way through the game without the translations, though one thing i have not used yet are the skills. Would anyone mind translating those somewhat? I have no idea what they are or what they would do, so i havent bothered with them, yet im on the final stage just derping my way through the game.
And now im editing to say that I beat the game, for what little that matters.. One of the images in this thread is lacking the main heroine, it has the lance girl where she should normally be. New game plus stuff?

Got to ask, is there ONLY creatures in the sense of insects, slimes and tentacles in this game. Or are there "creatures" in the sense of humanoid-esque creatures such as goblins/imps and golems etc. I ask simply because insects+slimes aren't really my thing, but I love the circle's previous games.

I am actually very impressed with this game's playability. I mean, it's up to par with Kyrieru's games.
The customization is different from other games yet still retains his own ideas (whereby your equipment actually has weight. . . more or less). You can set your characters up differently and have a large variety of attacks. The UI isn't hard to understand, and thanks to the fan translations (THANK YOU) it is VERY easy to navigate.
The art is good, and the sexual scenes are good. All of the art looks like it's been drawn by the same artist, and the quality is very high. The five characters have their own poses, but all the monsters are basically in the same positions based on the sexual attack. That being said, there are still a large amount of match-ups.
Granted, I can't tell you about ANY of the storyline (I can't read japanese. though I wish I could), I hope it is above par. It doesn't matter, though, as the play and the scenes are more than enough to keep me entertained.
That being said, it does have the Monster Hunter quality of killing monsters over and over. This includes re-killing boss monsters. I know: it's a part of the Monster Hunter gameplay. But there could be other ideas. But still, it's a game you can buy cheaply.
And talking about cheap. 1300 yen? That's . . .what? 15 dollars? Worth it.
This guy's getting my patronage for this game. He has my 15 bucks.
