Re: Crisis Point: Extinction - Metroidvania H-game - FINAL PUBLIC UPDATE! (July 25th)

It's an awesome game even though it's hentai. reminds me of a better version of Metroid. I love vore though. I just wish you'd put in crazy vore swallow animations of Giant worms/snakes/slugs/ or unbirth with another female, This will be 10-15 bucks once finished? I'll gladly buy it once it comes out. Your game has far more effort than most in the market currently. 10-15 bucks is very reasonable for the finished product. I don't care for paying for the demos. But once finished hit me up, I'll oblige you. We started off on the wrong foot. I will admit I was a picky asshole in the beginning but that was because I had no idea if your game actually existed or not and was hesitant because I thought you were some low life scammer. We cool G-Dawg?
Yeah, we're cool. $10-15 is exactly the pricepoint I'm aiming for, and I don't blame you for not being comfortable with Patreon. Not everybody is. I, on the other hand, am extremely grateful for the way it's changed H-game development - I wouldn't be able to make a game like this without it.

In any case, glad to see you've changed your mind about me.

EDIT: Hey everybody, quick edit here - like I mentioned earlier, I had plans for later in the month, so development has been silent for the past ~2 weeks. I tried to get as much work done as I could in the first half of the month, but since the update isn't quite finished, me and Orexius are going to be hosting another stream on Saturday. Hopefully it won't clash too much with everybody's Halloween plans! We're going to be starting at about 3pm, but it probably won't go all night. I'm most likely going to have to delay the update a few days into November, but the list of things I have yet to finish is relatively small, so it shouldn't take too long! I'm also going to be showing off a super special secret on stream - so try to make it if you can!

Well, there IS the first boss. Literally exactly what you're after.
Just straight up vore (ie being eaten/digested) is again one of the things i won't ever see the appeal of, but in terms of a monster swallowing the subject whole and having juicy-juicy-fun-time with them while they're inside there are few things i like more in hentai

Yeah, I seen the first boss. But it didn't actually have vore swallowing animation, the screen just changes and she appears in it's stomach and gets raped from the insides. That's great and sexy. but I mean I'd like to see the engulfing of the worm, and the girl like tries to resist, and it's strength over powers her and slowly swallows her and you hear a engulfing moan as she's going down it's throat and she's trying to fight she's being swallowed with her limbs kicking and punching all around and is just in vein. It's just something I'd like to see is all. I see and have sex all the time. I like enjoying the things that don't exist in real life. It's just a request. You don't have to if it's too much trouble. I know making an animation like that will cost a lot of frame work and scripting. I understand if you don't go through with it. It's not for everyone I know.

Hmmm... Just a quick question. You know the Fairy Fighting game by Eluku99 by any chance? Just asking because in that one the "Drinking worm" enemy does just this. It's a bit short of a scene, but still I'd say it's one of the better "clean" vore scenes so far.

Yeah, I have played every single hentai game that ever existed so far. The free ones and the payed ones. I have played every fairy fighter, along with that eluku's wolf dungeon game. I'm just obsessed lol.

Really? Cool.
MAYBE if you remember some of them you can give me some advice on what to check out if I'm looking for some nicely animated breast expansions? :D

For example Anon's game over her has a really promising implementation of BE that I hope he'll "expand" as the game goes on. :3

Yeah, just search on google. If you know your way around the web like I do. You can find anything. That's how I found every single game, payed or free. I have a separate hard drive that holds all these games too. I have over 180 different H games I shit you not.

Anon42, I hope you recognize the magnitude of what just happened.

You embarked on this journey 18 months ago (May 20th, 2014). What do you think you'd have said if I'd told you that players would someday say that your creation surpassed Metroid?

You've come a long fucking way.

You have no idea who I am outside of a picture of a cat barfing and a sardonic wit. But I want you to know that I'm proud of you. I'm rooting for you, and not just because you gave me something to watch while I tug it.

Well better as in nudity and rape, Item wise and like having a screw attack or turn into a ball. Not so certain. The only Metroid game I ever enjoyed was Metroid Prime 2 Echoes. your game surpasses all others but that one lol.

Super Metroid is widely regarded as the greatest game of all time. It's good enough such that you will enjoy it even having seen today's games.

Oh that's not a problem. I'm a searching wiz, but that's just it. I've seem all the tagged lists, all the forum collections and all the imageboards. The problem is that basically 90% of the stuff is just images and most of the rest barely count since they're either poorly made, too short or outright off screen.
The few actual stuff that's actually any good is already in my collection and I've been through them several times. So I'm just looking for new stuff. :p

But anyways let's not derail this thread anymore. I'm sure there's an actual thread for this somewhere.

Hey man, read in his patreon

patreon.com/Anon42?ty=h

if you do $10 or more you get the game, you get the updates and everything as it progresses, and he'll be making updates regularly, probably a few times a month, especially since he's got enough now for full-time dev'ing ^.^

Yup...you'll only get the updates if you are currently supporting the game. Not a one time support and get full access at all times.

see that i do not approve of at all and nor like =/ if im buying something i do not wish to have to keep paying for the same thing. why pay over 100$ for game thats only going to cost 15 when it comes out. whats more. what there an update for that. do i have to pay another 15 everytime an update comes out.

something about that doesn't fit right with me. i know he needs to make a living but come on D:

Re: Crisis Point: Extinction - Metroidvania H-game - FINAL PUBLIC UPDATE! (July 25th)

You've got the completely wrong idea about how I'm handling Crisis Point, nightshad.

First off, if you donate $10 even just ONCE, you get the game at no extra charge when it comes out. If there's any extra updates AFTER the full game comes out, they're free for everyone. When have games ever made their players pay for bug fixes? I don't know what I possibly could have done to give you the impression that I would do that.

Second, when you donate to Crisis Point, you are NOT "paying" for anything. You're donating to me to help Crisis Point become a reality. If I wasn't able to make money off of this game, my time to work on it would be cut severely, if I had any time at all. No commercial product in the history of mankind has ever given out constant, playable monthly updates for free. Ever. Releasing playable betas for people is an incredibly time-consuming and risky process; not only does it mean that everything I work on in a month needs to be completed and tested thoroughly to ensure the public can play it as if it were a finished game - which can easily take days of extra work - but if someone doesn't like how an update turns out, or how a mechanic works, they lose interest and stop following. That person is now almost guaranteed not to buy the game. From a consumer standpoint, this is perfectly understandable; however, throughout the process of development, anything and everything can and will change drastically. Just because v.14 has x feature doesn't mean it won't change dramatically throughout the game's development. Hell, it might disappear entirely, especially if it's something that didn't work out. When you're releasing an update every single month, you only have so much time to test and iterate.

TL;DR: Patreon is NOT a purchasing platform, it's a DONATIONS platform. Patrons are supporting the game's development, making it possible for me to work on a game that probably would not exist otherwise. In exchange, I put in extra effort to thank everyone for their support while I work.

You do NOT have to donate to me. If you DO donate to me, I WILL provide you with bonuses because I appreciate the support. Regardless of whether you do or do not donate, Crisis Point will be finished someday, and if you have a problem with patreon, just wait until it's done and buy it the normal way, like any other game. You have absolutely 0 obligations to donate to me if you don't want to.

Until then, feel free to enjoy the free text and screenshot updates I provide every month showing off the progress of the game.

There are actually quite a few platforms where this kind of thing happens on the regular. One that I can think of right off hand is community theaters and community college programs in the States. There are some corporations that will donate great sums of money to theaters so they can provide a community service of sorts. As part of that donation, the corporation will be able to watch the show at one point in time. So, they're not only paying for the purchase of the finished product, but also to support the lifetime of the production of the products.

So....pay the 10$ once, get the one month of updates and then the final product at release and be happy...or wait til some douche gets the game and thinks he's being funny by sharing it on the creator's thread.
