Well there are many different kinds of change...
Like changing clothes... you do that by taking off your current clothing and wearing new ones...

Psh, so close minded, acting is just one of the few ways to change your attitude.
To put it simply, acting can be a way to change your attitude, while acting isn't changing your attitude, it is a way TO change your attitude.
It's like just because you are shooting someone, it doesn't mean you are killing them, but it CAN be a way to kill them.
