No, they'd be room temperture.
If the room is cold, it's not actually cold, you are just warmer compared to the room, so it's not the room's colder, you are just warmer.
Or it could be that the room isn't cold, it's just that the temperture inside the room is colder.
Or it's just that the outside of the room is colder and since the room is warmer, the room is transferring heat to the outside making it FEEL like it's colder.
