After you hit Level 3, check the desk in your room at home, and it will lower the cost from 20 to 15. Not sure if you need 4 hearts or not. To finish Level 3, do NOT interact with her outside the school. She will bypass the classroom, where you can then move on.
EDIT: These instructions are for the Red playthrough, not Blue.
After you've done all the events, and she is at 4 hearts, make sure she walks into the classroom at the end of the day (don't trigger her in the bathroom), but do NOT follow her in. Go to the other classroom, where a 3rd student will be on the left side. He will give you an item to use the next morning outside of school, which will push the girl to Level 3.

I like the CGs on this game.
Anyway, there are 2 routes and 4 endings for this.
Green heart = seen event
Red heart = route 1
Blue heart = route 2
Yellow heart = level up
Getting any scenes will increase her heart gauge and when it becomes full, you need to trigger a yellow heart for her to level up.
For the other route (blue heart):
Lv 1 : During the start of the day, wait for the teacher to leave the gate, he will drop a key, pick it up. After class, you will see the girl with the gym teacher in the student council room, lock the door (1st option) then trigger the device.
Lv 2 : At the end of the day, follow the girl until she goes to the student council room (a message will come out). The next day, talk to the teacher in front of the gate. After PE time, he will reappear in the PE grounds, talk to him and find the blue cloth thing in the sides near the plants in the PE grounds and give it to him. The yellow heart comes out when the girl is in the student council room.
Lv 3 : Wait for the girl and the PE teacher to go to the storage room (a message will appear), during that time head to the toilets then talk to the person inside. When you go back to your room, talk to your drawer, you will get something (a book, I guess). Then bring it to the toilet person. The yellow heart comes out when the girl and the PE teacher goes to the storage room.
Lv 4 : 2 endings:
Ending 1 : At night, when the girl is brought inside the classroom, get in using the window in the classroom beside it and activate the device.
Ending 2 : Same as above but instead of activating the device, talk to the girl. When the easy battle comes out, use second option.

I think it's a great game. Very well put together with attractive CG.

From what I can tell, the follow-the-character puzzles are going to be a bit harder with the new version.

The only scene/CG I'm missing is the second Red ending. I keep getting the ending where she follows you home, the ghost disappears, and you get the "cum dumpster" CG ending. I've talked to everyone it seems, at different times throughout the day with maxxed hearts. Do you happen to know what I missed?
