Re: Club Grounds

Suzy grunted as she hit the floor, slapping the mat with her hand as Ellisia threw the punch, signalling her surrender. Accepting Ellisia's hand, she stood up, and said "Yeah, you're damned good Ellisia. First good fight I've had in far too long. Looks like I managed to surprise you a couple of times though, huh?". She threw a dirty look at Michelle, just for being there, she hadn't heard any conversation, so instead went to pick up her spear, and Ellisia's boken, saying "So where do these all go, Ellisia?", indicating the set of other weapons the taller girl had lain out.

Michelle cocked her head to the side, listening to Harrel's explanation, showing perhaps a little too much glee at the fact she was hearing things that were better left unsaid. "You are searching for a powerful spirit that isn't mine? Could it, perhaps, be Siphon you are looking for? No? Then perhaps the man in the armour. I have a feeling he didn't really die after being expelled from the humans body. You are not meant to talk about your job? What nonsense is that?" she almost laughed, "Oh, don't tell me you work for one of those two? That's pathetic sir. At least say it's the tall one!" she continued, barely keeping her voice down enough so that Suzy couldn't hear it while she was putting away the weapons. She wasn't dropping her physically seductive acts, but the honey was gone from her voice, though the chiming quality was still there, more mirthful than seductive.

Re: Club Grounds

"Well I've been practising a long time. It was a good fight. And yeah, you really got me with that discard back there. Could have quite fairly been your win had you used it a little differently." She says stretching and then massaging the arm Suzy had locked. "Oh, the spears and staves go in that long pull tie bag over there, and the rest of it goes in the chest."

Harrel's face pings in recognition and a little curiosity at the mention of the armoured man. "You know about him? Yes, that's the one. But... um..." He stops, as he realises he is being watched. With Suzy putting away the practice weaponry Ellisia had turned to regard the two, and had caught the recent part of the conversation. She stands arms crossed and gives Michelle a straight, slightly cold stare. Then giving Harrel a short disapproving glance. "Harrel. Shush." Looking back to Michelle, "You, I'll talk to in a moment."
Ellisia then turns away and goes to help Suzy a little with packing.

Re: Club Grounds

Suzy mumbled something affirmatory as she started packing the stuff away, pointedly ignoring the bully on the bench, instead humming a tune to herself.

Michelle turned from Harrel to confront Ellisia with a wicked grin. "Good afternoon, little one!" she said cheerfully, giving a jovial wave, not at all phased by Ellisia's apparent attempts at intimidation. She giggled when she was told to wait, but settled back in the bench, folding her arms across her stomach. "As you wish, I have nowhere to go. So, Harrel, you're not allowed to speak? Why do you get employed by such a young one, hmm? High birth is she?" she probed, seemingly interested in Harrel's relationship to Ellisia.

Harrel hesitate for a moment, but eventually speaks anyway, very quietly, "She's not exactly my employer, but she far out ranks me, and has authority over finding this renegade spirit." At the mention of high birth he opens his mouth to continue, but checks Ellisia first, trying to gauge if she could hear him, "Not at all, Ellisia has earned her position and everything she has! As far as the notion of 'high birth' goes, I would be plenty above her, but that's not really how it works. It's an honour to be working with her." He says, with a fairly obvious degree of admiration of some kind. Though he then suddenly looks guilty for continuing to speak of it behind her, and looks away some.

Re: Club Grounds

When Suzy was finished, with Ellisia's help, she stood up, and slung her bag over her shoulder, withdrawing the iPod smoothly. "Well, Ellisia, I have to go now, we should do this again sometime, but preparation calls. I'll see you for dinner, shall I?" she said, making towards the door, not at all concerned with Michelle and Harrel.

"Huh? Birth doesn't matter, at all? How odd... I won't pretend to understand, much like many human things. Ah, the midget it leaving..." Michelle said, watching Suzy walk out the door hungrily, while enjoying Harrel's discomfort. Leaning back to a more comfortable position, she continued to Ellisia "So, you wanted to say something, hrm? Spit it out, child.", unconcerned about Harrel's respect for her.

"Ok, and indeed. I'll probably see you later then." Ellisia says in farewell to Suzy.

"Well it effects some, and can give an advantage. I've had it easy, whilst she's had to fight for... eh, sorry..." Harrel starts again, but stopped by another look from Ellisia.

"Been making friends?"
She says dryly to Harrel, then looking to Michelle.

"Since my associate seems to have already said a bit more than he should have, I'll be straight forward. My name's Ellisia Alvante, Spirit Knight of Etheiria. Harrel here is assisting me in tracking down a dangerous rogue spirit. To do so properly I need to understand anything abnormal occurring within the region. I hear you met Harrel and another called Siphon on the field earlier today. I need to know who you are, and would like it if you could explain what occurred this morning." Ellisia says plainly, there being little sense in hiding her identity from her now. Not that a simple title and unknown location would mean much to anyone. It was always hard to gauge a demons motives. Ellisia just needed to be sure that Mirchell was safe, or at least wasn't going to be another complication in her mission.

Re: Club Grounds

Michelle is quiet for a moment, pondering her response, before saying "Michelle. A knight, hrm? How nice for you! Would, ah, this spirit being the one in armour yesterday? I'd bow, ma'am, but I'm in a bit of an awkward position to do such now.", a hint of malice, and a fair chunk of sarcasm in her voice, as she inclined her head mockingly at Ellisia. "A friend of Siphon's, are we? Strong man, that. I think I can somewhat alleviate your fears though. I cannot, seriously at least, harm you, this Harrel, or any other student at this school. I gave my word to Siphon. We had a fight earlier. Simple as. You can probably go and look at the remnants, unless someone's covered them up already. Do you wish me to explain the finer points of our beautiful combat, or does that fulfil your thirst? Of course, I'd be willing to prove things to you if you provide a fun way of doing so!" she continued, carefully maintaining the chiming quality of her voice. She wanted to catch one of the criminals Siphon had mentioned earlier. She was allowed to do what she wanted with those. If only she could prove someone guilty, she could have hours of fun with them! Her train of thoughts had her appearing distracted, a sadistic grin on her face, staring at Ellisia.

Re: Club Grounds

"Yes, that is the one. The spirit that possessed him fled after defeat, and we've yet to track it down. Would you happen to know anything more regarding it?" Ellisia asks plainly still. The concept that Michelle might be related to the situation or even an accomplice of sorts to Charles was another thing Ellisia was considering, but asking such a question was likely pointless. "And so you've made an agreement with Siphon then? Interesting. If you are true to your word and are not involved in anything else that would clash with my duties, then I should have no quarrel with you." She says leaning on one leg a little. Michelle would of course be one to keep an eye on, as would be any powerful entity that emerged and caused a disturbance.

Re: Club Grounds

Michelle's gazed hardened, jumping to the conclusion that Ellisia thought she was included in the knights plot. "The way you said that tells me you think I was involved with him. I know nothing about him, what his motivation was, etcetera. Don't even dare think that I was on his side. My agreement with Siphon means I cannot inflict serious injury or death on any of you, as I've already said. And don't think I won't hold my word. What are we without honour, hmm? If you are really that interested, I was watching from on top of the bell tower last night. I had such an opportunity to have some fun, but didn't. Be thankful for that." she said, sinking into a growl as she pointed at Ellisia.

Re: Club Grounds

"Very well. I have no reason in particular to believe you were involved, but I have nothing to prove otherwise either. It would be naive of me to disregard the possibility. It's nothing personal. I respect a sense of honour. But in my line of work, trust is something that cannot be given out on mere politeness." Ellisia says calmly. "Whilst I consider the people here under my protection, this world is no more mine than it is yours, it's not my job to give you baseless grief over your affairs." She says, allowing a more relaxed expression despite Michelle's initial reaction, then adding as an after thought. "Though... I would prefer if you didn't distract my seeker so well. He does have work to do after all."

Overall Ellisia was glad that the potential new complication had seemingly turned out agreeable enough. If Michelle was genuine in what she said, she couldn't foresee any real problems. Though she noted mentally how yet another unusual character had turned up at the school. Something about the location really did attract them. Herself included.

Re: Club Grounds

Michelle's eye twitched as Ellisia talked about her possible association with Charles, and her eyes glowed red for a second. She rose to her feet, looking Ellisia directly in the eye. "Don't bother. Do you trust Siphon? You would do well to. He believes me, and as far as I'm concerned, that should be good enough for everyone. Harrel here? Hah! I expected better from him. If it is your wish, perhaps I will allow him to continue his job. I will merely have to seek new entertainment. Is that all, human?" she growled, her laugh more of a short bark.

Re: Club Grounds

Ellisia is a little surprised at Michelle's reaction, sighing at how she hadn't seemed to hear it in the way she had intended. "You needn't worry so much about whether I can take your word on our first meeting, it's actions that concern me. But yes, that's all."

Harrel sits quietly for once, wondering what she meant by that, but keeping quiet for fear of her temper.

Re: Club Grounds

Michelle whirled about, her crimson sash flying around her leg as she made to leave. "Very well. I too have other business to attend to. I will see you in short order I believe, knight." she directed at Ellisia.

As she passed Harrel on the way out, Michelle turned and winked at him, and slapped herself on the ass, moaning seductively, and saying "See you later, eh? Don't want to keep you from your job any longer!" She laughed harshly as she walked out, not even bothering to check the pairs reactions to her last movement.

Re: Club Grounds

Ellisia watches in a loss for words at Michelle's exit, mouth hanging open a little, then looking to Harrel with a raised eye. Though Harrel takes a moment to notice, as his gaze follows Michelle's ass out the door until it's out of sight, putting on a guilty face when he realises. "Hey, don't look at me like that. I can't help it if the hot demon chicks dig me." He jokes defensively.

Ellisia holds her disapproving stare for a while longer, as Harrel nervously shrinks, but can't help but crack into a smile and sigh. "This... is why working with you is always such a hassle. Y'know, somehow this never happens with Marik or Leia." She says lightly, not bothering with scolding him or such. It never seemed to help.

"Really, it was all her. I'm the victim here." Harrel protests in excuse, "So is it ok to have her wandering around the place like this?"

"And I'm sure you hated it huh. But what else would you expect me to do? We're not here to persecute random demons. She's apparently had a talk with Siphon, and seemed honest. So presuming I get the same story from Siphon, it should be fine. Just hope that the school can handle her."

"Heh, I'm not so sure it can, but ok. I guess I should try to actually get some good scanning done now."

"Indeed. No more distractions, ok?"

And with that, Harrel leaves the club area. Ellisia also leaves shortly after.
