Intro Babble
As a few of you know whom I've spoken to, I will be trying my best to create a little forum based game using Youtube as a catalyst called "Adopt an Uruk". The idea behind this game is that you will spend probably 5-15 minutes of your day to check in on an Uruk you chose personally, and play the game. The method of play is very simple, as you will simply be giving commands to your uruk who will both do as you say and will also perform tasks idly in the world even when you're not around as per typical of Mordor uruks. DEAD when you return, they will probably be stronger!
With the addition of the Free Nemesis Forge update to Shadow of Mordor, I've decided to open up here the preliminary sign-ups for Adopt an Uruk! The purpose of this is to get an early idea of how I'm going to run Adopt an Uruk in the future. It may not be perfect at first, and it'll be far better (hopefully) when Shadow of War is released. But this should give you an idea of how it will be to play the game, and root for your very own Uruk while conspiring to take down your enemies! I hope I will gain a lot of interest here, and I hope it will be fun to make this a small part of your day to check in and see how your Uruk is doing in morder, with the goal of seeing him turn into his very own Warchief!
The Benefit of Signing-Up
If you sign up for this, and you are the winner of the Adopt-an-Uruk session, then that means YOUR uruk will become the Nemesis Forged for the next game! After killing me repeatedly, you will then see your own chosen Uruk face me in Shadow of War (I'll record everything and send it to you personally)... And he'll probably kill me again! Isn't that fun? I'm aiming for a feeling of rooting for your Uruk, both to kill other Uruks and of course to engage in everyone's favorite pasttime, killing Arjay.
Your Uruk will win if he is the first to become a Warchief.
But there's something for a runner-up as well! Even if you do not become a Warchief first, your Uruk can still become an Ally to be featured as well! The rules to become an ally are equally the same, just have your Uruk become the SECOND warchief in Mordor. Everyone else? They're probably either dead or about to be, because you are the winners!
How to play
Just ask here to be given an Uruk. I don't know how many players I can fit at once, but I doubt there will be overflow, but I'll let you know if you were too late if this explodes too much by chance. Once you ask, I will die to an uruk, and give you the video of my death followed by a screen shot of his traits. If you like his personality and traits, you can simply reply
KEEP in this thread, or talk like a normal person saying that you want it. Otherwise, just say
NEXT and I will provide a different uruk until that's the one you want.
Starting from my first reply to requests for Uruks, the clock will start. people can join late, but it's a race to become a warchief essentially. Every day I will try to update, but obv I may miss some days. Either way, time goes by my frequency of updates.
Once you have finally found an Uruk you like, you will be given 50 Power to start your Campaign with your Adopted Uruk! That power will be spent on actions to further your regime, and topple other player's progress. Every update you will be given power based on your Uruk's current level of power. The stronger he is, the more powerful you are, and the more evil things you can do!
I would suggest you immediately start by killing me, in order to increase your power. Then later, acquire yourself a minion. A minion will be important for dealing with other players! Kill those who threaten you! I will record all mentionable actions, including the act of cutting Arjay into bloody chunks.

Action : Cost
Do Nothing = +Uruk's Level+
If you give no command, you will gain more Power based on your Uruk's level. Passively, you will gain Power based on Level per update, so this action is technically Levelx2 of bonus power for you.
Kill Arjay(Level up) = Orc's Levelx2
Killing Arjay is a great way to increase your Uruk's level and make him stronger! Plus, you might get addicted to it.
Acquire a Minion = 10 Power
Minions are how you deal with other players getting ahead of you or threatening your regime.
Send Minion to Kill an Uruk(Player or Random) = Minion's Levelx2
And this is what you pay to get the job done. Mordor is not a nice place. Killing random uruks are to make your minion stronger, to make killing players easier. Don't invest too much into minions though, otherwise your main Uruk won't grow!
Send a Player a Death Threat = Opposing Uruk's Levelx2
This might seem counter intuitive, because it makes them more prepared and increases their level. But when you do this, and THEN send an Uruk to kill them, you will have Arjay himself come to help kill him when you send a minion to fight. The opposing players Uruk will be left with a massive boon if Arjay and your minion fail to kill him.
