Update: So there is not a single reason for me being slow and not posting recently - it's a confluence of several things:
I have an *very* important project that I need to complete in the coming weeks that is taking a lot of my free hours - and it's a failure is not an option type of project.
It also happens that this is one of the busier times of the year for me as far as normal work load goes, and that is holding true.
And finally, someone I know well is suffering from life-threatening health problems, and that is stressful, even though it is not directly happening to me.
What that adds up to is that until things become less hectic later on in the month with at least two of those problems being resolved, and crossing fingers that the last one is resolved positively - anytime I'm even starting to think about getting a post in here makes me just super guilty thinking I could probably be making more responsible use of my time. And that makes me not in the mood to post smut, and maybe also not take the hour or so that it normally takes me to resolve a well thought out post.
That being said, I AM going to come back and post for you. And who knows, it may be sooner than expected, as I might find a moment of inspiration and am in desperate need of a distraction from my worries, but I figure that I should probably be transparent about things, just so I'm not annoying you three. I know things like this can kill a pbp game, but I'll try to keep popping in when I can.
Feel free to write me some PMs about the game and your characters and directions you're thinking of, or things you'd like to see or explore once the pace picks up again. I'm happy to check and make quick responses to messages.
