"There are those that did not join Chaos willingly. Those are the few we need to break free of their curse. And with them, we will gain the ability to fight back against the forces that be. After the Queen's explanation, Charlotte really didn't have a high opinion of this Chaos nonsense. Changing people's religion socially felt like an insult to Charlotte's dwarven heritage and god, and considering that mixed races are worshipping Chaos, meant that her own kingdom probably was going to have to deal with them sooner or later. However, even if Chaos was forcefully changing people's religion and changing their behavior, Charlotte still didn't like the idea of expanding a kingdom of Drow, just so she could prevent her own kingdom from having to deal with them later on. "I do have a question, why should we help you and why do you want to expand to the surface world? I've heard you Drow are even more allergic to sunlight then us dwarves and no offense but a surface kingdom ruled by Drow sounds like a much bigger threat then one ruled by a slutty dragon." Tia pondered the information she was given. Near as she could tell, the queen wasn't lying. Though she'd need to see for herself the extent of the damage inflicted by this Chaos to form her final opinion on it. Unfortunately, spreading the influence of the drow was not something she was too keen on. Much as she hated to admit it, the dwarf raised some good points. Yet if the situation was really that dire, they would require some help. Perhaps sticking with the drow until they managed to find an alternative would be the right course of action.

After Charlotte was done asking her questions, the sorceress chimed in once more. "I almost forgot." She spoke up, raising one hand to show the queen her tattoo. "How much do you know about this stuff? Significance, exact capabilities, origin and so on. I can already make an educated guess about some of those, but I wouldn't mind consulting an outside source of knowledge if it's available."

"If you cannot figure that out at this point, then I suppose the world awaits you." she said simply. But, when a minion of Chaos is informed of the death of a chained, they are able to perform a ritual to summon them. So, as you've guessed it indeed, I had all three of you killed so I could summon you here as prisoners." She explained. "Therefore, it'd be prudent if you quickly found the location of one who had been defeated. Lack of due diligence will lead to their chain being broken and losing their inhibitions, which is what the Chaos Curse does. Whereas the Curse of the Chain retains your inhibitions and in general, your morals. Thus is why there is no Chaotic aligned soul with those chains. It prevents you from being out of control. Thankfully, if you too know of either the name or the face of the one who passed away, you can know where they are being summoned to and try to rescue them. A most prudent course of action, as they will be subject to sexual torture until you get there. However, if you perish to a non-chaotic entity, after a time, the Chained ones seem to return to where they last slept."

As Sarah approached the Queen with her companions, she tried to not stare at them too much upon noticing evidence of their sexual activity. She frowned at the thought of allying with the Drow and spreading their influence across the surface. The elf turned a quick shade of pale at the Drow's words of killing the three, and she quickly glanced down at her hands and turned them over, as though expecting to suddenly see something different.

Not that the elf understood this whole thing well enough to really sort out lies from truth.

She nodded. "Yes. I had you killed. Though your actual mortal souls are linked to another plane, so it's impossible to truly kill you here. However, once your material forms are destroyed here, they can be recreated somewhere else. It's a morbid sort of teleportation~ All scouts are on the lookout for women of the chained, and even without any magic, they can bring you to the lair of one such as me. "Hypothetically speaking, assuming we agree to your offer..." The sorceress began, eyeing the drow queen carefully. "What would the first objective you plan to aim for? From the way you described the situation, it seemed like it'd require subterfuge and careful infiltration. Not my strongest suit, and I think that goes for the rest of our group." She pointed out. "I'm hoping you've taken that into account." Point out the potential troubles to hopefully get the queen talking some more and let them gain a measure of what she was like by judging her modus operandi. Though Tia kept an eye open on any signs of lying.

The Drow Queen nodded. "There is a nearby town of simple humans who've developed their little town into an occult that worships bestiality and holds feasts with rampant orgies. They've long departed from their simple ways and have become perverted. The first objective for you would be converting them back and getting them their simple lives back, and letting them know it was all thanks to the benevolent Drow~" she cooed. "Then, our species can mingle proper, won't that be wonderful? Then, we can think about building a militia and eventually gathering forces to seige fortresses of Chaos that you couldn't hope to penetrate without the best Rogue. That is the ultimate goal. Then she shrugged at her mentioning sneaking. "Do it however you wish. If bashing your heads against a problem is your strong suit, have at it. Just do it well."

But at the same time, I kinda don't like you, so I'm feeling kinda iffy about this whole plan. Still, if the situation is as bad as you claim, there's not much else that can be done... You don't mind if we, say, go take a look at that village to verify the problem?"

Although Charlotte had a lot to say, she remained silent when the Queen and the other two prisoners were talking, and though Charlotte still had some doubts, it didn't sound like the Queen was lying. However unlike Tia, Charlotte wasn't going to agree helping the drow without a significant reward, and considering the Queen situation, Charlotte was going to demand a whole lot from her. "Hmph, I refuse to even check this thing out!" Charlotte declared when Tia suggested that they could take a look.

"At least not before making some demands, since as far as I can tell, you need us a lot more then we need you. After all, if we abandon this place, not only will you be trapped in your home but you'll most likely be the dragon's bitch within a couple of weeks, while we can simply travel through the wilderness and make it out of the country, and if things are as severe if you were saying, there will be plenty of kingdoms requiring our help, ones with potentially more suitable ideologies to ours." Charlotte explained. "However, personally I barely care what you do with the inhabitants of those villages, but I don't want to do all your bitch work and not get properly rewarded for it. So as a reward for helping you out, I want to rule a plot of land my own or become your co-ruler, I want you to leave my father's stronghold untouched, I want you to make alliances with other kingdoms and help them grow which can rival your own, one of which will be my father's, since I don't want this war to end with an oppressive Drow overlord ruling everything. If you can promise these things to me, I'll gladly help you grow your kingdom and beat back chaos." Charlotte offered with her arms crossed and looking up at Queen.
